This was fun! The different guns handled and played with a lot of variety, and I spent a fair amount of time trying out the weapons against the robots to see which ones I liked best. The protagonist and enemies are drawn in a very cute style, and the gameplay itself is fun. Surviving wave after wave and having to dodge everything, in between keeping an eye on your ammo so you aren't left without a weapon in the thick of things, was tense but fun. I would say that I wished there was music, because while the weapons provided ambience, everything felt a bit quiet for a wave survival game.

This was fun! I loved all the guns and drones. The artwork was great. Good feel to the weapons and I had lots of fun strafing around blasting drones with the pulse rifle. Cool game!
The gameplay is very fun and I like how the game has different type of weapons. The sprites look great too. There's a bug one time when I got pushed to the wall, I can float in the wall and shoot enemies from there. But I haven't been able to get the same bug yet on next several replays. Overall, great job guys! :D
Well done making all this in one week. Really fun top down shooter. I liked the weapon variety and how each weapon played differently. Didn't experience any bugs or problems, nice job!
A really neat almost rogue-like with a nice way of keeping it fresh with the changing weapons. I think it could've benefited from more weapons, I got the choice of duplicate weapons a fair few times in the chests.
For polish it might be worth looking more into the weapons, seeing how their DPS balances out. The sniper felt very weak for me, though its always notoriously hard to make a sniper feel as balanced as an M4.
Lots of this works really nicely. The changing of weapons kept it interesting.
Great work on the game! It's a simple, decent, nice little game, it plays well, though the abilities feel a bit useless and tacked on, the variety of guns are certainly nice, though I almost argue that the sniper is not great at all comapred to the others due to it's lower rate of fire, even if it's damage is better. Perhaps if they could pierce enemies it would be better as a one shot weapon.
The sound of guns breaking is way, way louder than everything else, taking damage is also higher than it needs to be. Pressing F to activate the weapon chests is also really unresponsive, causing a few game overs.
However, the gameplay is very nice, smooth without problems like a flash shooter and the art is very nice too, the feedback for enemies taking damage is great with their resizing and small cube particle effects and most of the guns work well. It's definitely the kind of game I could find myself playing for a long time with random levels, replenishable health and more weapons. Great work!
Thank you! Yes abilities definitely was an over scoped idea that we had intention to being better incorporated but hoping to polish this week. The sniper has since been updated to work as intended shooting through enemies giving you the chance to line up your shots hitting multiple targets! Sounds of breaking gun / taking damage has been lowered in recent update along with interacting with chest to be fluid and not force you to spam "F" trying to get it to open. Thank you for feedback!
The graphics are good! I would have loved a more aggressive sound design!
You guys used some great art work, I especially liked the detailed work in the different guns, I just wished you would have expanded the artstyle onto the UI as well for a more coherent visual experience. The game feels like something I would have enjoyed as a kid for hours on end on some flashgame site, in the most positive way possible. Excellent work for this short period of time!
Nice one! The weapon depleted sound was a bit loud for me, but otherwise a cool concept and neat artwork, gameplay felt smooth and there were a good variety of guns and powerups!
