A simpe idea and execution. Can be developed further into something interesting though.

PS: I will be tweeting about this game, and some other games I will play from the jam: https://twitter.com/TheAntonSem/status/1283445261952589830

YOOO Interactive tutorial!!! Very nice. Great game with a chill vibe. I like that there's no game over state, you only have to do your best. Well done!

Developer(+1)

I'm glad you liked the interactive tutorial, thanks for the comment =D

hey Mushigeo,

Very cute artstyle and well done for a first game jam.

It was a bit monotonous, but a chill timewaster.

If you were to improve I would like more gui, more stuff happening, have background music. More varied moving enemies.

Keep up the good work!

If you have time I would love it if you could try my game and give feed back. Its called Drone.

Developer

Thanks you for the in depth feedback, i will check out your game =D

Hey congrats on that! Plays really well. Love the different ways you can use your robot to solve the challenges along the way

For a simple concept there is a lot of strategies to work with like blocking the rabbit or the enemies, pushing enemies away, or balacing the rabbid on the pole. Nice one!

I would reccomend setting a clear condition on the rabbit. (number of lives / hit points) And if there is one, i appologize for this comment because i didnt reach one. made it to end with 8 hits on rabbit and felt like i cheesed it.

Developer

I agree, if i update the game in the future i will add some kind of health system. At the minute its just try to get to the end with the least hits you can. =)

loved it, cute concept collision mechanics could have been better but overall very cute and fun casual game

Developer

Thank you for the feed back. I agree, the collisions could have done with being tighter.

This game makes me go YES!

I tried balancing the bunny at the top of the pole to avoid all the hazards.. but seems out someone was lot smarter than me :D ..

Great idea and very cool idea! Great work :)

Developer

Having the bunny be able to stand on the pole could be a cool feature to add. I'm glad you liked the game =D

Submitted(+1)

It was possible but the spikes on the little guys were longer than the pole xD .. so.. Not too much success in that :D

Developer(+1)

Haha, maybe a long pole power up needs adding xD

Submitted(+1)

Fun mechanic, I think maybe there should a way to properly dispose of enemies instead of moving them to the edge of the screen, otherwise fun game!

Submitted(+1)

Simple yet challenging without feeling unfair. Great first game!

Submitted(+1)

Cute. I liked how I could choose between lifting the rabbit up, or pushing the enemies away using the same mechanic!

This one was very satisfying and dopamine-inducing! By my second or third try, I got into a good rhythm of technique to deal with the various threats. I was hoping there would be another level or so to tackle, but it was a cute little cupcake of an experience.

Developer

I'm glad you enjoyed your time with it. I'll try to add more levels in the future.

Wah! What a great little game. Your interactive tutorial screen is amazing, and I definitely felt the drive to improve my score (3 hits was my best). Short, but sweet.

Visually, it would be nice if the enemies had spikes all around, to show they're dangerous even if you touch the sides. Audio-wise, your bounce sound gets pretty annoying quickly, maybe tone it down a bit.

Developer

Thank you for the feedback, I was very pleased with how the tutorial screen turned out. Yea the bounce sound is a bit much, I will have to tinker with it.

I like the idea, it would have been nice to have more interactive mechanics, like being able to push enemies or the bunny vertically while extending the pole

Submitted(+1)

Nice idea and fun to play!

Submitted(+2)

Interesting concept, but it's quite difficult to hit the rabbit with the stick. I ended up just dragging the enemies away by keeping it extended.

Really cute, but in need of some polish. Really quite creative for your first go!

Admittedly, I first thought I'd be able to use the pole like a pogostick, which would've been a cool addition.

Cute game! Glad the pole worked on enemies and the bunny.
