This game made my imagination run! Reminded me of the puzzles found on the Mario & Luigi Superstar Saga GBA Games.

Having each part only perform a single type of interaction,  for levers or switches, Have to admit that found cheese (where the lower part alone could press switches, though level said that it was full robot) But, boy was that cheese good! Having the lower part have it's own responsibility felt way better. Add some in-between levels or ways to reunite the to parts on the next level, and you have a full fledge game premise. Really surprised you were able to implement the various mechanics across the levels.

I havent played that game you mentioned but will definetly take a look later.  Actually there might have been mistakes on the texts on the game, the upper part can press buttons, the lower can press the big green buttons in the ground and push boxes, and the full robot is able to do everything. This was our first game jam, and it was awesome, and for me the best thing are the feedbacks for sure, so thank so much for leaving a constructive feedback, we will keep improving the game adding new mechanics and changing already existing ones like you suggested. I have played your game and its awesome, good job on that one!

This is what a puzzle game should be; you introduced me to a simple concept and then made me really think once I realized I needed to use dissasembly in a smart way. Really awesome job!

Developer

Thanks for playing the game , we tried to make a simple tutorial for each new mechanic introduced, glad you enjoyed it!!

That's a fun concept you created there. Two halves of the robot doing different things, plus you've got enough material for interesting level design. The only gripe I had was using 'K' to interact with levers. It's so far away from other useful letters :P

All in all, solid entry with clever level design.

Developer

Thanks for playing the game , i'm glad you liked it!! Sorry about the K key hahah, in the post jam version we will definetely change that, thanks for the feedback!!

Very cool mechanic with the two parts that have different controls. Especially in combination with the solid puzzle design. Good job!

A fun puzzler and a solid submission - I see some connection to the theme but it didn't feel very out of control as I played, it all felt very planned and structured. Congrats on the submission!

Developer

Hey thanks for playing it, glad you liked it! Too bad i missed you playing live on the stream :(

A nifty puzzle game with a nice difficulty curve to it! I liked the graphics and I liked the music, both suited the game very well (even if you didn't make the audio, choosing the right audio is always important!). Only being able to control one axis for each part and forcing them to come together for full two-dimensional movement was a pretty neat way to interpret the theme. Nice work! :D

Also, here's some bad fan art:

The tutorialization in this worked really and I especially liked the tone! I think it's a really cool simple mechanic that's communicated really well with the theming of a robot that's broken in half, and I like the restrictions where you can't always break apart if there's not enough room. Could see this getting really crazy difficult and interesting if taken further!

Developer

I'm glad you liked it, this was our first jam and we had a blast making this game. We tried to make a small tutorial for each new mechanic introduced , our plan is to make an after jam version with even  more tricky levels, so you are right about getting crazy hahah . Anyways,  thanks for playing the game!

This is a really fun (And hard lol) game! I especially like how you had a tutorial level everytime you introduced a new mechanic. Also, did you do all the art on your own? It looks good.

Developer(+1)

This was our first jam, i've never did the art of a game before, it could've been better, but considering it was my first try on art work,  i'm satisfied with the result. Anyways thanks for playing the game , i'm glad you liked it, making it was a blast!

I loved this! The mechanics felt great and original, and you had enough levels to really explore the possibility space without the game overstaying its welcome. Well done!

Developer(+1)

Thanks for playing the game , i'm glad you liked it, we thought 15 levels was a good amount considering the time limit and the numbers of mechanics we put in the game, but we hope to make an after jam version , with even more levels and mechanics! This was our first jam and we had a blast!
