the physics and overall feel of the game is perfect! love the simplistic art style too.
overall 5/5 'with great power comes great recoil' is my favourite spiderman quote
Always loved that movie hahah!
Last level was the most fun!!
Wow, this is amazing!!
I really liked the art and the gun and how the shots hurt you but i wish there is a double jump
This is perfect good job.
I really loved your game! It's so hard, but addictive!
would be disappointed if this game won't reach top20
Top notch polishing and retro look.
Fun!
Really enjoyed it! The satisfaction room was just what I needed! :D
The polishing on this game is top notch! However I think the concept of the game would suit a more action based approach rather than a puzzle one. The impact of shooting your gun is perfect though.
Thanks for your feedback! I spent around 1/4 of time polishing, we sacrificed our second mechanic for including all that juice, so we are really glad its noticed and does feel good for the players.
Congrats on your entry too, I will make sure to check it once I finish with my list, Best of luck!
This is a great game. Really well polished for the timescale. It's got good gamefeel and a slick style. I'd call you a 1-bit brother but you couldn't resist the red and yellow!
haha, we still low bits brothers, no? well the use of colors was more about game design than aesthetics. with bunch of stuffs going on screen and the low res assets, you can imagine how confusing the game would of been
This is great
This is great
Great game, love the aesthetic. Very nice game play mechanic too. Good job!
Amazing presentation. The first few seconds were amazing, the tutorial was flawless. The game overall is very fun. A bit frustrating because the bullets are very hard to predict, but that fits the theme completely, so congratulations! Amazing work :D
Thank you for your positive feedback, we really appriciate it! and congrats on your entry too, I will make sure to check it out once I am done with my queue
This is pretty great and well polished with nice juiciness! Would be cool if you could aim the recoil in different angles to jump over bigger gaps. Art is pretty nice too.
Good job!
Hey and thanks for your feedback, well what you described is the second mechanic we implemented at the end and didn't have time to put into levels, it's basicly a different gun, that recoils into the ground kicking the player into the air
Cool graphics and a fun little concept make a pretty impressive game, and this is the best one so far.
Talk about my bad luck. I had all the bullets I shot come back and hit me. A really promising game and very well presented. I hope u expand this in the future.
Disclaimer : We didn't create "all" art during the game jam, few assets like decorations were ready. when submitting I thought it asked me if we made our own art or used something from the internet. Which around 70% for the first 30% the second. Thank you for understanding!
Very well polished, great graphics and audio an all around presentation!
Thanks alot!
Cute little game, nice graphics. Nice take on the prompt. My name complaint is how loud the exit is.
Thank you! well now that you mention it, it's true that the victory sound is a bit disturbing
It looks really good! What did you make it with?
Thank you, We used GameMaker Studio 2
