this game makes me want to wear a scarf
I love this game, the concept is super fun, and the visuals fit the game perfectly. If you improve on the controls, I think this will be a fantastic game!
I had to get used to the controls at first. But when you get used to it, you get a lot of pleasure! Good game!
Thank youuuuu !
The manipulation need more polishing, else everything is here : juiciness (love the effect when you get touched), ressource management, speed in excecution. I really enjoy it. Hello from DcGeraud Discord :)
Merci pour ton retour ! :)
This is a very fun action game! I must say, I liked how each enemy type could be defeated in a different way using the scarf! This game has loads of potential! Great job!
Thank you ! Potential is what I wanted to show !
What a cool game! The gameplay loop of choosing when to split, when to try and grab a piece and constantly trying to protect all sides is so much fun. Stressful, but not overwhelming. Really good!
Plus, the visuals are super good. Simple and elegant. I really like how much you emphasize getting hit with the effects. Does getting yourself hit do anything besides pause the game a bit?
That intro, dude screw you. That was super cool having my window just expand like that.
Really fun and visually pleasing entry!
Ooooh, thank you very much for your very kind comment !
Getting hit do nothing. I wanted to add a small time where you could not move to penalize the player for being too much, but ran out of time. Small bonus fun fact just for you ! The player share the same code as the base, so, like the base, you can actually die. But you have something like 9999999 health points, so it may take a while :D
This was so good. So much better than I was expecting honestly.
It feels nice to play and having the grabber so far away from what you control is nice.
Plus disconnecting and reconnecting your tail is cool but it's done in such away that you want to reconnect as soon as possible to help with the tanks.
Really a good job!
Thank you ! This means a lot that you like the ideas I had for the game !
This game was awesome!! The concept was original, and the strategy of breaking apart the scarf to have an easier time removing the bombs to having a longer scarf to block bullets was a good mix. I think I got to around level six, when the tanks started moving. The game was quite difficult too, and it took me a couple of tries to figure out the controls. Definitely one that takes time and practice to master, but it felt very rewarding to figure out how to take those bombs away reliably. The effects of the game were fantastic as well, every time my base was damaged the ripple effect felt like a punch to the gut, it was great. An amazing game, would love to see more of it in the future! Great job.
Thank you for playing ! You've reached the last level, so you've seen everything to see, good job !
Wow! This was really cool! The mechanics were simple, and easy to understand, but lead to some exhilarating gameplay! The menu is extremely polished, and the tutorial is descriptive, while getting straight to the point! Turning was a little difficult at times, and I found it hard to pick up my old rope that I had separated, but that did not affect my experience all that much.
Fantastic job!
Thank you !! This means a lot :D
Fantastic tutorial, concise and covered all I needed in a short time. The simple gameplay mechanics also helped. You've found that nice balance between simple controls and in-depth gameplay, I'm so bloody jealous of you! My only problem is the controls, I wish they had been a bit snappier, the little bit of retained velocity seems to mess with turning and I found myself going in circles. The art is carried by your fantastic color design, really refreshing to see a competent game in that respect!
Thanks a lot for your comment !
That is very cool! The gameplay feels smooth, the visual effects are amazing :D The idea seems simple at first, but when you actually play it it's quite difficult xD I really liked it :D
Thank you !
(PS: I like your cat profile picture :3 )
I like this idea! And the visual feedback is really cool. Good job! :D
Thank you :D
Really cool mechanics in this one. Loved having a combination of carrying a bomb away from the center and using that portion of the rope I've broken off to stop a bullet from a tank. Some awesome ideas in this game. The aesthetic is simple and it looks cool. Loved how the rope looks as well. Great job overall on this
Thanks a lot ! I'm glad you highlighted my ideas :D
Very good! I loved how simple the tutorial was, and the effects are great!
Thank you ! :D
Really cool game mechanics, the tutorial was very handy and readable as well, nice job!
Thanks a lot !
The tutorial is the very last thing I've added in the game ;)
Really enjoyed dragging the bombs away :D
So, here's the first meme of my game. Maybe the first or a loooong series ! Or not !
Thank you !
The fact that you reviewed a game with a meme has increased my respect for you exponentially
A lot of fun to play! Awesome work :D I enjoyed playing it and the aesthetics accompanied it well.
Thank you for playing !
no worries :D
This one is super cool. The core mechanic is a lot of fun, and the way the enemies spawn in makes the gameplay really fast paced at the same time as being tactical. The visuals are really nice too, even with everything that is going on on screen, everything remains clear. Don't know what else to say other than I liked this one a lot. Good job!
Thanks a lot !
