This is a cool concept that allowed for some really good puzzles!
Thank you, I'm glad you liked it!
The puzzles are very interesting and quite a good challenge!
Thank you, I'm glad you enjoyed them! This was the first time I've made puzzles before, so I'm glad that they turned out well!
I like your idea. The puzzles are kind of interesting and fun. I don't know but I imagine it can become to a good game for mobile.
Thanks, I'm glad you enjoyed it! I definitely plan on working on this in the future. I've never made something on mobile before, but it would be a cool learning experience porting this to mobile, so I'll for sure keep that in mind!
Simple concept and some nice puzzles! I especially liked the last couple
I didn't really feel like the move limit added a whole lot to it, but I think that could be one of those things that you only realize how important it is as a designer. Maybe for a future update, you could have a move count instead of a move limit, and solving within a pre-specified low number of moves could be a bonus challenge?
That was definitely something I was toying with! I decided to just pick one and stick with it for now to not waste dev time on it, but that definitely something I'll look in to as I continue to work on it! I agree that it doesn't add a whole lot. I'm glad you enjoyed it!
Good Puzzles. It took me a while to get through them. Especially level 8 for some reason.
It honestly feels like a complete game. The mechanic is straightforward and works intuitively. The puzzles are discrete and feel satisfying once you figure out the answer, and there's even a built in tutorial in the first few levels. Overall, excellent job.
Thank you! I'm really glad you enjoyed it! Level 8 has tripped up a lot of people that I've talked to, definitely something that needs tweaking as I work on it in the future.

That moment when you feel like just giving up and closing the game because you've spent like 20 on the last puzzle, then go "ah hah" and ended up figuring it out and you pop off yelling "I'M A GOD GAMER!". That's the sign of a good puzzle game.
Good work on this.
Thank you so much! This is the first time I've personally done any puzzle development, so it makes me really happy to hear you say that! I'm really glad you enjoyed it!
Damn I've seen some similar games, but this one takes it further with interesting additions like limited moves or the red block. I like the originality here!
Thank you, there's been a few similar ideas that are really good! The one I reviewed earlier (who also reviewed mine) and the Gameboy style one immediately come to mind, so it means a lot that you say that!
( I don't remember the names of wither game i mentioned, but I'll try to find them and update this post with them later. )
really cool little puzzle game! super simple in concept but complex in execution. the only critique is that some sound effects and juicier animations would have added that extra oomph to make this truly amazing. either way great work!
Thank you, this is my first game jam, so I wanted to make sure I had a mechanic that I could get working and polished on time, and build the levels off of the mechanic, I'm glad that panned out! I definitely wish I was able to add sounds, but I ran out of time for that, and I have no animation experience, so that was never on the table, but both are things I look to add in the future, I agree that they would have added a lot to the experience! Thank you for playing, I'm glad you liked it!
Puzzle games are not my cup of tea, but I enjoy this game's unique spin on the jam theme. It handles well and the graphics are simple (which earns a good amount of points in my book).
Thank you! They're not particularly mine either, as I'm pretty bad at them lol. I'm glad you liked it!
I'm glad you liked the graphics! I'm far from an artist so it's really cool to see that in your review!

You were right are we had such similar ideas with a completely different take! The red blocks definitely make for some interesting levels. Well done!
Yours was the first one I tried, and my first thought was "oh, this is my game but better" lol, but once I got a few levels in I could see the differences. I'd love to see more of yours if you decide to keep working on it!
I'm glad you enjoyed it! I wasn't able to add as many puzzles as I wanted, but I definitely want to add more in the future!
Really nice Puzzle game !
Nice level design and a tutorial masterclass !
I'm glad you liked it! I had a really fun time with the level design, especially the tutorials. It was really fun trying to teach the mechanics without giving a wall of text!
Great idea! But I would like it if there was a button to reset, so I don't have to waste all my moves after I realized I messed up! Even if I were to run all my blue squares into red ones, I still have to use all my remaining moves, even though they no longer do anything. However, I think this game shines with originality and even in this prototype stage, it still was quite fun to play. I would definitely love to see this game completed!
Thank you, I'm glad you enjoyed it! I'm definitely thinking of developing it further!
There is a reset, you press R, it tells you that in the first level, but nowhere else, so it's easy to go unnoticed. One change I'd definitely make you be adding a controls screen so you can check that at any point. (If pressing R didn't work somewhere, do you mind telling what level(s) that took place so i can fix it in the future?)
Oh, I see. Pressing R seems to work on all levels, but I noticed something else. ESC doesn't work on level 8. I've also noticed the order the levels go in the menu is a little odd.
I would definitely love to see this once it's completed!
Thanks for pointing those out, I'll be sure to fix them once voting is over :)
I'll be sure to let you know if/when there's more!
a fairly basic game, but i enjoyed the puzzle concepts! the rules are a solid foundation, and after the tutorial, there are some fun challenges and misdirection with the puzzles. (i couldn't figure out the last one lol)
i also like how there's usually 1 more move than you need (at least for the simple ones), that kind of leniency is pretty cool imo
noticed a couple of bugs with running into walls - it counts as a "move", and one time i ran into a wall and then my character got displaced by half a tile. also, i don't think the About button works :P
Thanks! I had a lot of fun with the puzzle designs, and definitely want to add more in the future! (Maybe even some more mechanics)
It absolutely doesn't, oh no! Luckily it was just something along the lines of "this was made for a game jam" (with a few extra details), I added that last second, I guess I forgot to check that it worked, whoops :P
Thanks for the review, I'm glad you enjoyed it!
