That was a very unique take I have seen so far. Very interesting and fun. The puzzles were very nice.

This one was interesting. The game was presented very well, and each puzzle felt unique and fair. However, I'm not actually sure I completed a few of the puzzles correctly.

Developer

Thanks a lot for the feedback Scorched! Do you recall which one you had doubts about the solution?

Submitted

Yes, the gate that used the red numbers. I found 3/4 of them after searching for about 5 minutes, but that was enough for me to just brute force it. I assume this wasn't intentional.

Really great take on the theme and gorgeously executed. Very interesting concept for a puzzle game. I've actually worked on a very very similar game at a studio. It didn't get released in that form but I was shocked you weren't a former coworker. Great stuff.

Developer

Now I'm super curious about your previous project!!!

Thanks a lot for your feedback Surger! Means a lot to us!

Lovely idea and execution! The game is polished and the puzzles are well designed, congrats 👏

Thank you so much Geraud!

Really cool experience! Though I wish it was a bit longer, since I was enjoying myself quite a lot. Only real gripe otherwise is that I’m not sure how strongly it fits the theme; maybe if the player could hijack the bodies of people they look at, then it would be a more literal “role reversal”. Other than that, really great concept well executed! Would love to see a full game based around this idea.

Developer

Thanks a lot Dan! We really stretched the theme a little bit, we've tried to avoid a super obvious idea but ended up with a stretched one. We are super glad with the reception and how people are enjoying it! We also wanted to make a longer game, but we've prioritized the polish over the quantity, and 48h runs out pretty fast right? HAHA

Very cool game design and executed perfectly! The puzzles are fun while staying surprising each time, it stay simple but feel good to be cracked , and the whole game is polish enough to feel very good, congrats!

Developer

Thank you so much Horace! It means a lot to us!!

Very fun! I enjoyed being stuck in the puzzle prison haha very neat puzzles, really enjoyed the art style too.

Developer

That puzzle was our biggest concern related to the difficulty, glad that you've enjoyed that slightly harder challenge! Thanks for your feedback!

Amazing game! The polish is immaculate and feels like a ready-to-release game, if it was longer!
My only critique is that it just narrowly fits the roles reversed theme, but fit it does!

Very very cool game, enjoyed every bit of it.

Hey SenorGurki! Thanks a lot for the feedback, it means a lot to us! About the theme, we discussed a lot about not fitting the theme because this idea certainly stretches it! It's hard to avoid obvious directions (a game X with an input twist), and still be close to the theme. After a long discussion, we doubled down on this idea and see what we would end up with.

Even not fitting that well, we are super happy that you and other folks are enjoying it, thanks a lot for playing it!

Props to you for sticking to your first decision! I do agree that finding a creative and non-standard take in the theme is hard, so it's completely fair try stretch the theme as much as possible hahaha

Really polish and an unique mechanic. See you in the video!

Developer

Thanks a lot Alejandro! Fingers crossed haha!

Wow! This game is wonderful! I like the idea of seeing through other's eyes. Great work, really!

This is by far the most enjoyable game I have played! it was simply genius, at first I was annoyed that I can't control which character I get the view of, since it instantly activates on eye contact, then it became a mechanic ( sorta ) trying to avoid useless people around, I was also surprised at the guards letting me do whatever I wanted, only for a final plot twist which makes everything make sense.
I don't know why but I was sure at some point I will have a code written on me and I have to read it via some other character perspective... I guess that was just the puzzle designer in me imagining things haha
Really good job! ...I had to install some Microsoft thingy and also got forced to restart my computer but it was all worth it. I played it till the end and had so much fun
PS: maybe you should make the credit skippable, at least the one accessed from the main menu cause I got stuck there after a wrong click xD
Congratulation on the entry, really well done. solid 4.66 ★  from me

Developer(+1)

Woow, thanks a lot for the kind words! And holy fck, now I want to have this code written on the character's back so bad! Even for an easter egg or bonus stuff, perfect idea! We actually added the player's 3d model a few minutes before the deadline, but I think there are many things that can be interesting to explore knowing that you can see your own character through other's eyes as well!

Again, thanks a lot for the feedback and the rating, it means a lot to us <3

Love the game! Unique idea and executed perfectly. Great job guys!

Thank you so much Daanish, means a lot to us!

Such a well realized concept. Lovely voyeuristic thrills here that I hope make it into an expanded form.

Developer(+1)

We too liked how the idea went out, thanks a lot for the feedback! Let's see what the future holds for this prototype :)

The low poly artstyle was executed perfectly, lighting & environment look great, and game mechanics were new and interesting. Solid game!

Developer

Thanks a lot! We had a blast trying to make this mechanic feels intuitive and interesting, glad that you enjoyed it!

Submitted(+3)

Well Polished. The art is fantastic, of course. Start to finish run-through is entirely possible without issue. Only discrepancies were entirely minor, such as animation glitches or dialogue, and did not detract from a fun & finished game. Great work, team!

Developer(+1)

Thank you so much! The animation issue was our lack of experience with 3d animations showing up hahaha. Thanks a lot for the feedback, glad that you've liked it!

Fun concept and solid execution. Additionally the home page presentation was stellar, as was the music.

Great job!

Developer

Thank you so much! I've sent this to Matheus (the one who did the music), he was flattered!
