Very cool game and an amazing take on the theme.  Great job!

Okay ,that was pretty fun! There was an instance where it didn't seem to understand my sentence but otherwise felt SUPER polished, great work people!

Wow this was super cool! It was a little hard to figure out what to do (so thanks for the walkthrough, that pointed me in the right direction). Awesome art, awesome music, awesome style

Super impressive, really creative use of the theme, it's very polished. I like that there's multiple endings. Good Job!

Lots of replayability, though I did run into a couple headlines that worked but weren't programmed in (for instance, "Governor _____ _____ steals hot dogs from children, orange party blamed"). I really like how you presented this game, though I wasn't totally sure how it fit into the theme.

Thanks! The main idea is that you are a journalist, but your role is reversed from expectation since you erase words (instead of writing new articles) and distort what actually happened (instead of reporting truthfully).

This is a really smart concept! You could do some amazing things with this formula if you decide to turn it into a full game. Especially with the different endings, balancing your overall reputation, trying not to be silenced/fired, appealing to certain powerful people to gain influence, etc. Even a shorter storyline with lots of replayability could be really successful. Great work on finishing such an impressive game in 48 hrs!

The game’s main mechanic is really interesting! I think you guys nailed it with the visual style and set up. It is a bit short but a great concept nonetheless.

Very original! I like the wit in the writing.

This is super cool, I loved how you get to choose what stances to take

This has to be one of the most creative games ive seen in this jam, great job :)

Love the presentation, pretty unique concept and a cool use of the theme. Also liked how you can get different outcomes for each headline. A bit short but would like to see this expanded into a game with more articles.

The art style is fantastic, and the gameplay made me laugh. Nice job!

This brings back memories of fooling around with a Sharpie and cheap stripped books on the school bus. Expressive, well-presented, and REALLY funny. The art and music are perfect, too!

Interested to see how you’ve programmed this. My game is also about sentence deconstruction, but I had to simplify to only accepting either adjetives or substantives. I’m curious on how you managed to create such text analysis.

Edit: I’ve just read the walkthrough. Ok, it was simpler than I thought! Great job!

So many unique ideas for this jam and this is definitely one of my favorites. It even leaves me guessing how the code for determining the possible sentences works. Very clever and great submission!
