How does your game fit the theme?
Chose to use the homonym "Roll" instead of "Role", and created a game where obstacles are constantly rolling and reversing their direction.

really good start for a fun idea!
Nice game, simple graphics. Enjoyed your interpretation of the theme. Well done. Fell free to try my game too
I like the interpretation. This was pretty fun and a good way to start a morning. Idk there's something addicting to this gameplay and drinking coffee. I just really enjoyed the gameplay.
Haha, cute little game! Very enjoyable experience and a creative take on the theme. I also liked how you incorporated one of the bosses to be a part of the wheel - simple designs as this often allow for more creative level design. If you were looking to increase the difficulty, making irregular patterns that play differently when going from one side to another could make for interesting gameplay - I noticed all the patterns were symmetrical.
Its feels like patting my head while rubbing my belly D: Great idea!
Good marks for a unique take on the topic. I struggled with the two competing places I had to look, so I mostly just spammed fire in roughly the right direction but focused on the character. Would be good if you could fine a way to make them slightly less competitive for the players attention.
Lol you actually reversed the roll!
Unique and fun
Like the idea of having to focus on two different mechanics at once. I'd move the enemy health bar to follow it above its head, and the obstacles could occasionally move from the top position to the bottom one and back as the top ones are not very dangerous right now. Good stuff tho!
I love the idea and it also feels relatively well executed. What is missing to me would be some sort of health bar on the bosses so you can have an indicator that your shots are indeed doing something. I am also not the biggest fan of having to spam left click, maybe you could have the option to hold down the button and have shots fire in a certain interval. I also think that the gun sound becomes repetitive pretty quickly, which gets annoying fast
This was fun! As others have previously mentioned, it would be nice if you didn't have to spam the left mouse button to shoot. I'm also curious why the main character has a TV on their head.
For the size issue of the web-player, I simply zoomed out my browser window (ctrl/ cmd + minus-sign) until it fit.
This is a very solid game, the art suits the game so well, and also such a unique take on the theme. I Love It!
I was defeated by wheel man! I would've liked to be able to hold down the mouse button.
A really simple but fun game, I like your take on the jam! Having to balance dodging the things on the wheel while trying to kill the boss provides a good level of challenge, great work!
This game is simple, but pretty fun! My only concerns is that the game window was too big for my screen and that it doesn't fit the theme super well-- it just seems like you gave up on being creative and took things very literally
Having to handle avoiding obstacle and shooting is a great idea!
It felt fun and challenging managing 2 things or 3 if you count the reversal timer.
I'm also glad you made the shooting a bunch of projectiles if there was just a single bullet I would miss a lot haha.
Fun game!
No joke, had a blast playing this.
The graphics may be scuffed, the shooting could not require to spam my mouse every frame if possible, but damn, I had fun. Also, That Scoundrel is BY FAR the hardest, and the blob is the only really uniqe one imo, 5/5 enjoyment 2/5 presentation
I had a lot of fun with this game, I thought it was really creative and enjoyable. I think the bosses could have been a little bit more unique/complex than just bullet sponges, but the wheel provided a lot of difficulty and gameplay so that may be difficult to achieve without making the game too hard. Loved it.
I loved your take on the theme! And the audio feels really fresh. Its just kinda hard to play on my laptops touchpad lol. Great game!
Very fun and challenging and a unique take on the theme. I love the addition of the immortal frames when getting hit so its not unfair. Good job.
