For a game made in 48 hours this is extremely impressive and was a BLAST to play! The procedurally generated puzzles and the visuals and transitions really BLEW ME AWAY! Only criticism is that you can tell when the music loops, but honestly that's such a minor issue and only a musician would really pick up on it. This game was, all puns aside, absolutely amazing and I'd love to see this transformed into a mobile game or something similar!
Thanks for playing, and even more so for the puns! I'd try to come up with one myself but it'll only blow up in my face.
This was extremely polished the transitions were so smooth, I really like the music you chose. The puzzle was super fun and the narrative was pretty good! I think a good next step would be a level/difficulty progression if you plan on expanding it
Thanks for playing and for your feedback! 100% agree about improving the difficulty progression, its number 1 on my list for a post jam update :)
Wow, I like the random generation, I got 8 at the score, it's a well designed puzzle, well done! Can you also play my game so I can get feedBacks
WOW, such a great puzzle game and a great idea.
Incredible polish for a game made by one person, and the gameplay immediately hooked me with the same "Oh yeah, I could play this little timewaster for hours" feel as some successful mobile games have made me feel in the past.
Thing is, the game doesn't seem to get harder. It's too forgiving. I wanna feel stupid, I want my mistakes to really count hard against me, and the victories to offer just enough recovery to quickly do the next puzzle. It'd feel very satisfying with a shorter time limit. Add more TNT's with bigger buildings, oh, I wouldn't be able to stop playing...
Such an awesome job!!
Thanks for playing! I 100% agree about the difficulty and the time limit being too long - will fix in a post jam update :)
I loved the idea and the presentation is on point! really cool title screen, nice in-game visuals, smooth transition between levels, and the explosion feedback is so satisfying.
I found the puzzles a bit easy even if I progressed a lot, are the puzzles randomly generated?
congratulation on your entry, please make it more challenging I want more of this!
Thanks for playing! Yeah, the increases with difficulty as your score increases, but I messed up the values with some last minute changes so its barely noticeable
In the first place, I thought that was an easy puzzle game, but then I see the three charges and it became very challenging and fun. Great Job!
Fun little puzzle game. I just wish I could choose which puzzles I do and retry ones I failed. The kevin macleod music is a classic but definitely gets old after a while
This game is OVERFLOWING with charm and creativity! Amazing concept refined down to a shiny finish, really simple but quite a lot of fun. I think it could do with being a little more challenging (faster timer?) but on the other hand, I like that you're never forced to replay a puzzle. Wouldn't be surprised to see you in Mark's video again this year~
Thanks so much for your kind words! Yeah, a few others have mentioned the difficulty being a bit too easy - will definitely address in a post-jam update :)
Holy sh, this is really polished, very creative and super fun to play, damn 10/10
[update]
One problem: timer is too slow, I never die, once I got 16 points it started to feel too repetitive and music began to irritate me, I think if the timer was a bit faster, the more points I got, it would increase difficulty and keep the game engaging. Still: masterpiece
Thanks so much, glad you enjoyed it! The timer does actually speed up as you get more points, but the ramp is way too slow - I messed it up with some last minute changes to the early game :|
Really fun and polished!
Thanks for playing!
Great job on the procedurally generated levels! The art style works great too!
Thanks for playing!
Really nice game! You nailed the puzzles, and they feel just the right amount of challenging for a simple game to just pass time with. I do think the game would be a bit better if there was a grid overlayed onto the buildings. The numbers are nice but I think the lines would make it a bit more clear and readable to the player. Overall a really cool concept and great execution!
Thanks, I'm glad you liked it! I actually tried overlaying the grid, but it made it too difficulty to discern the blocks since it ended up covering the edges :( I'm sure there's a way to do it, but I ran out of time before I could figure it out :)
Very polished and fun! Detonating buildings feels really satisfying, I should try it IRL :P
Hahaha please don't, I would hate to end up in the news :)
Great Game! had a lot of fun with and it had great graphics! The only complain I'd have is that deconstructing stuff wrong doesn't feel punished enough in my opinion. But still great game!
Great point! It's on my post-jam list to take a small chunk off the timer when you make a mistake!
Really liked it! it felt really well done and complete too!
Thanks, glad you liked it!
Awesome, just awesome! Elegant yet simple idea combines into some art. Well done!
Thanks so much :)
This is such a great and neat idea! Simple but very well done.
Thanks for playing, glad you liked it!
Great idea and great execution, I really liked the juice this game had! You should have included the credit card declines meme though lol
Thanks for playing, and glad you enjoyed it! Great idea about the meme too, I'll add it to the page somewhere :)
Super polished, great game!
Thanks for playing!
