The game is really fun and the music + visuals are absolutely amazing!!
thanks!
in a jump it looks like something, but purple)
should i really ask what it looks like
Great game! I love the idea (especially since my game is also a platformer where you control the level). The art is clean and pleasant to look at. I like the fact that the cat/player turns into a ball when it's jumping. I managed to beat it without any problems which is quite remarkable considering it's a jam game. Overall, I like your take on the theme. Great job!
thanks! ill check yours out aswell
The must fun I've had with a platformer entry so far. And the best music I've heard so far!
thank you!
The game idea was simple but the art and music were incredible and the gameplay too. It was very fun and everything was great. But I should have added more checkpoints in some large parts. But the game was very very good well done.
thanks for the feedback, ill consider adding checkpoint
Nice, I love the idea of platforms in the world being controlled by your movement. Would be great if the sprites where a bit diverse.
k, ill try work on more sprites and upgrading them
The concept is cool. I would add a more diverse background (even just a gradient) because it's hard to tell a platform is moving when there is no point of reference. Also, even though I knew how the horizontal platforms worked I always felt like I would fall. The vertical platforms were more fun and engaging. I'd like to see this expanded with more control over the platforms and creative uses for said control. The graphics and sounds are nice. Good job
ive got the background issue alot so far, and if i ever continue working on the game ill make sure to add stuff in the background like a parallax
Really interesting game :) A very cool and great concept. Funny game ! :D
thank you!
really great game, but the levels need to have a better environment and I suggest adding more complex puzzles to the levels as I felt these levels were only the tutorial.
hanks for the feedback, they were pretty much tutorials and couldve have been more creative, but im really not that good at level design currently
Love the smooth as heck camera movement, and the lights. I would recommend adding static backgrounds so you can actually tell it is the level that is moving and not you.
thanks for the feedback
Really cute artstyle, I loved the player character. The gameplay was very smooth and satisfying although I think the "controlling the platforms" idea should be way more leaned into, its a great concept and I wouldve wanted to see more of it. Maybe it would lend itself to a few puzzles or something that involves controlling the platforms ? despite that the game was genuinely just very fun, great entry !
i wish there were more gimmicks and more time using the platforms in unique ways more looking back, and there was a puzzle buti lost it when unity crashed, but thanks for the feedback!
Nice concept. A background would’ve been nice though, since I couldn’t tell if the horizontal platforms were moving or not. Otherwise, pretty fun.
thanks! I dont really know why I didnt add a background, it would've only taken a few minutes to make, and thanks for the feedback
Nice clean art, and good take on the theme!
thanks!
This game is very clean!
It felt good to move around and the mechanics are well made.
If there was something to improve on, it would be readability.
Maybe the platform's "puzzle piece" should have different colors depending on their behaviors, to separate the ones that move once you jump, from the ones that mirror your horizontal speed and the ones that jump with you.
There's also a small bug, you stay in your jump animation when you land on a platform moving up.
It would also be nice to indicate it when you can't fall off a platform since I got confused at times.
The game felt great and could really be extended with more levels. Very fun!
regret not making the puzzle pieces light different colors, and the jump platform animations not working was to fix another bug early on but i never fixed the anims, and ill add indications you cant fall off a moving platform, thanks for the feedback!
The platforms moving when you do is creative. Enjoyed what I played, but wished that there was more
thanks, its really short, i wish i could've added a few more levels and gimmicks
very intriguing concept and gameplay, looks good too
thank you
The best platformer movement I seen in a jam so far.
thanks i get that alot!
Cuty. Gret job!
thanks!
The movement feels smooth and responsive, I enjoyed it! I actually ran into a bug on the "platforms jump when you jump" level where it didn't respawn me when I fell, but I understand that it's hard to debug and test everything in 48 hours (not to mention, my game has the same bug on one level lol). Overall, I liked this game, good job!
thanks for the feedback! ill look into the platform bug
The game looks and feels great, really good job!
thank you!
