I really enjoyed this. I wish there were more levels. My only gripe, I found it a bit frustrating having to hit the slay button every time the level restarted though as my hands were on the keyboard to play.

I had a massive grin on my face seeing that slay button. Cheesy is super cute, the whole game is. It's a little on the short side, but the quality makes up for the quantity. The game kinda fits the theme, but its more of a story thing and doesn't do much for the gameplay. That being said, the game is still a great take and really fun!

We wanted to center the level! But the funny jam story here is that the level design tool ended up really unyieldy (it's a janky one dimensional list of tile where the content is filled by ticking checkboxes lmao, have to redo all the LD every time I change the map size) and we would have had to fill the left side of each level with empty tiles to center them, which we ended up not having the time to do! (Because that's a lot of boxes to tick lmfao)

Really enjoyed the gameplay. Solid interpretation of the theme. My biggest annoyance with the game is that all the game controls use the keyboard, but I have to use the mouse to click the SLAY button to start each level.
Really nice pixel art and gameplay! It's cool when the tiles light up (to indicate enemy vision) and just how smooth the gameplay feels. Good job g!!
this was a fun puzzle game :) once I got into it I found myself really getting into the puzzles. that last puzzle made me feel like a genius following behind the cat.
