I am a total sucker for numbers-go-up games like this! So much dopamine. Really solid game, I enjoyed trying to minmax my strategy a lot. Gave me some serious Plague Inc. vibes :)

Game works, and the visuals are nice, only issue is that if you "beat" the game by setting the population equal to or less than zero before the time runs out, you still lose. But overall it's a nice game, good job!

I think I beat it even though I got the game over screen. Fun game nonetheless. The third ship is crazy strong!

This was awesome. It's the type of game I never think of making, which is odd because I love the tactical aspect, and I also love automation and making the numbers go up hehe
Atmosphere, gameplay loop, theme, all felt great. I also haven't come across another game at all like it so far. The UI was the only thing that jarred, for me, with the high standard of everything else but I'm really reaching saying that for Jam game haha.

It was probably my most nerve-wracking game to develop. Came right down to the final few minutes.

Albeit quite simple in concept, I really had fun with this one!
the game was tons of fun! gameplay wise everything works and the execution is nice and solid, controls work well too ( even tho I tried to drag at first and it didnt work xD), the idea is quite creative and I'm glad to see it translated well into gamplay,
the gameplay loop while seems to stale after a bit, is lots of fun and has a lot of replay value, so overall everything checks out, albeit visually quite simple I like the artstyle and dig the simple yet effective vibe, if i could add something I would totally upgrade the visual fidelity though this game can greatly use better effects and more fancy polish, while it is polished and well made, more feedback and effects could make it a bit more interesting for the eyes, but again just my opinion,
overall a very solid entry, and quite the fun one too, great work!

Visual polish ideas sound good, but alas I ran out of time. More variety in gameplay sounds like a good shout too.
Well, I got -3,000,000 population, killing even bacteria, but I guess the doomsday weapon the earthlings created was deep inside the core and I lost anyway! Cool game though! I liked the idea and tried my best to increase my score!
I may have forgot to wire up the victory screen to the Earth.

I lost with -255844 population, other than that very fun game with a lot of replay value, for most of the game I horded money and only in the last minute I built a massive space fleet.

There's been a weird glitch on itch.io's backend that meant that my game is currently not working. I've submitted some posts on the itch.io forums, and am currently waiting for someone with authority at itch.io to wake up and press a button behind the scenes to re-extract my submission.
Feel free to post a comment and I will reply to it if/when the Game is working.
