Super cool train game ♥

Feedback :

  • 8 pages of texts as tuto is way too tough (especially for a game jam)
  • the train hitbox is a bit too big (it's often on the square above it)

Please tell me you have played Lego Loco - the sound of the tracks being placed brought me back to my childhood and spending HOURS on that game!

I had a blast with this game!

Its impressive how many mechanics you managed to fit into the game without any of them feeling undercooked or incomplete! Well done :)

Cute little train game! Wish I knew that trains come pre-installed with 3 wagons WAY earlier though!

I really like the concept. I would be nice to have the ability to speed up time. I think the UI and interacting with things in general could be improved a bit to make it more satisfying (more like the buttons in the main menu), With that being said still a really cool game and very enjoyable experience! Good work!

Hey fellow train-enjoyer, great work on the rail building mechanics and extremely slick design - feels pretty polished 😎🚂 I really liked the way all the systems interacted, and placing new trains onto rails was particularly cool.

I did find it a little tough to pick up to begin with - I'd have appreciated a more gradual tutorial (though being able to go back to the manual with the little pixel art 'for dummies' icon was very neat). Other than that though, I found it to be a chill and fun time. Great work, very impressive for 96 hrs!

Yes thats definitely something - among many other things - we wanted to add. But as you know there is only so little you can do in 96 hours :)
Thanks for playing!

Someday trains will be the only transport in the world... fast, comfortable, convenient. Unambiguous Like for the game

Impressive one! The game has good quality. Placing rails feels satisfying, and the rail crossings and the way the train's direction is shown are done in a really clear way.

Wow, really, really well put together! I’m a sucker for procedurally-generated worlds, and I love that the map will be a little different every time you play.

This is incredible, I'm just sad there isn't more content.

Factoria but if player alerady have trains.

Neat game! As a person who loves these kinds of management games, I can see how this can make me spend a lot of time playing once there is a bit more to do than just building trains. :)

For me it wasn't entierly clear in the beginning if moving your train along ressources would be enough to pick them up, maybe you could add a note in the manual for that. Also it's a bit fiddly to change the rail crossings direction when the camera is moving; didn't feel responsive enough. Otherwise a really enjoyable experience :D

Thanks for Playing!
You can always override the camera with WASD after you selected a train. :)

Polished! Train simulators are always a great choice!

So impressed you managed to build a factory game AND a train game in a 96-hour game jam.  Nicely done!!
