Very interesting game! It is a similar concept to one idea we discussed before settling on ours, but we couldn't think of a mechanic that could fit the concept well, enough, but you've managed perfectly! It's a pity there isn't more levels, just when I was getting  used to the controls, I finished the house/game :(

Super super polished and satisfying game, especially for something made in 48 hours.  Getting it done in 10 minutes is surprisingly challenging and makes for some good replay value. Great job Jake!

(praying for gird's place of employment to unionize)

AWESOME GAME, the concept and execution killed it! It’s such a fun and exhilerating game to play. Reminds me of making plans for minecraft builds, love the whole instructions and stuff. The movement could be janky at times but for a 48 hour game it was awesome, I really wanna see an expanded version with more builds and materials!

All in all such an amazing job! This game is SOO FUN!! I literally spent 30 minutes to try to finish building it. As a note to anyone else who may play after I did, do NOT make the rookie mistake of building the front first. Gameplay-wise, at first I thought the controls were annoying (having to backtrack and then come back to pick stuff up or not being able to hold the keys down to move) but then I realized those were all just a part of the experience :) The graphics are super cute and the music is also very friendly! I am so impressed that it was developed by just one person in 48 hours. Finally, as grueling as it was sometimes, I would love to be Gird for a second day at work. (Please make another level!)

A good puzzle game with nice graphics and fun sound design)

There's a lot of personality in this game (the description, the way Gird sweats when holding blocks and compresses when holding two blocks) and it's impressive you put it all together in only 48 hours! I liked the concept a lot but found the controls a little bit frustrating - the fact that I have to run up in the correct direction in order to place a block correctly was kind of annoying, though it did add a puzzle element to the game which was interesting. I did also wish that there was a stronger, more consistent indicator of which direction Gird was facing, and that it was easier to see the blocks that were behind other blocks, but I have no idea how you would actually be able to implement those features, so. Unfortunately I am terrible at spatial reasoning so I ended up not finishing on time. I was surprised that nothing happened when the timer ran out. I ended up running out of patience and didn't finish the house, but now I kind of regret not finishing to see what happens at the end.

Once again, it's really, really impressive that you did everything in 48 hours!!

Super fun building game! I really enjoyed the puzzle of figuring out how to orient Gird to place things correctly. If I had to mention one thing I'd have found helpful though, it would be an indicator of which direction Gird is actually facing, since sometimes it got confusing. Loved it!

One of the coolest puzzlers I've played in a while. Would love to see this expanded with more levels.

This is such a charming game, love the animation, and the sound design is just so good!

Hello!

This concept is really ingenious, but why on earth do you use E and F? Have both hands together to control the game is a bad position.

Overall, it is a really well done game.

Very lovely game! I had fun playing it! It was tricky to tell which way the character was facing sometimes. Otherwise this was a fun building game! Great work!

I finished the project with a whole -1 minute left. I'm an amazing foreman.

Great little game, only issues I found was that it was frustrating having no ability to move the camera or let me see behind spots, and that you should really be able to hold the button to place down, so you can hold a direction and place it where you are holding.
