Another high octane pig classic!
I think this game really encourages a "just move" mentality and that's hard to create.
Really great game. Was a bit challenging to get the hang of with the control scheme at first but ended getting around 10k high score after around 10-15 mins of play? (honestly didn't time it)
I don't know if the sawblade should explode or something but it just seems like there's no real reason to ever care that it's the max size, honestly it's even kind of a good thing to keep it that high.
I like the special move addition, if I played even more i feel like I'd eventually learn to take advantage of it more effectively but in my limited playthrough I tended to just use it as a panic heal button more than anything else.
Presentation was the typical Piggy affair, so can't comment on it too much other than well done!
The special move was kinda designed to be a panic button lol.
I did want to have something specific happen when the sawblade is at max size, but felt like it might be too much for someone to keep track of, on top of everything that's already there.
Anyway, thanks for playing and great score :)
Fun game!!
[Day 3 Voting] Best game of the day. Fuck what a great vibe.
How can such a small paddle yeet such a giant saw blade?
Somewhat hard for me but really fun and juicy, as usual.
My only complaint is that I think the direction of the saw after you hit it should depend on your relative position, not on the movement keys you’re pressing at the moment. Or, if you add mouse controls, on the cursor position.
Sick game!
Like always with your games, it's brutally hard but super fun and addicting! xD
Most of the times I died before even getting to the yellow enemies phase but sometimes I died right before the special got charged up lol
I love the action, i love the music, i love the game play.
It was super fun playing it, I will definitely come back here to cure my boredom!
The SFX and the art style was really pleasing, as well as gameplay. At rare times I did encounter hitting the saw, but getting killed by it. As well as something I would recommend is mouse clicks to hit and maybe just maybe aim?
Consider looking at our game too!
the action game we all needed, congrats on century!
I guess pacing could be improved though for noobs like me
pretty damn fun! reminded me a lot of disc room which is absolutely not a bad thing. took me a while to understand the controls but after that i was swingin like crazy. only thing that would've elevated it would be mouse input instead of keys to attack. overall really solid work here, had a great time w it.
Nice concept, but the controls are a bit awkard. Using the mouse left/right button to hit/dodge would feel better I think, especially to give your hits a direction
I played this game for longer that I should have. Nice game!
Very simple but turbo enjoyable gameplay, paired with your usual style it works really great! I only wish the tutorial wasn't a wall of text but it's a 96h jam, so all is forgiven :)
Gameplay is really fast paced and anxiety inducing. Simple yet effective! really good game!
Could be good, but feels overwhelming quickly - key binds suck and often saw kills me when I bounced it back
What an exciting experience! It was incredibly fast-paced I really enjoyed playing the game!
Fun little game. Didn't get too far, but the super is a pretty good design choice as a panic button. I find myself keeping it at max size at most times, though.
Cool score and thanks for playing :)
Great reactionary gameplay and I love the music. Good work!
This was a ton of fun! Very fast paced and exciting, good job!
probably the most fun ive had so far this jam, intant classic
Super frantic and fast-paced, but I was able to kinda get it figured out, maybe? Managed to make it to wave 17 on my best run, but had to stop eventually because my fingers were starting to hurt. The art was very clean as always, great choice of colours, and very satisfying sfx as well. Definitely my favourite so far (not that I've played that many so far, mind you)!
