It's really fun! I bit hard to control at first, but I liked it!
This game has some of the most unique mechanics I've seen so far. The art is really cool and fits the game well. So yeah, it's a pretty good game :)
What a cool game! Love the way you used the jam's theme. The mechanics are quite unique, and the levels are well done. Also, the art is really good! Great Job!
This is one of my favorite proofs of concepts I've seen yet. Really creative take on the theme. I could see this becoming a very enjoyable full game, similar to something like Downwell.
I only wish the controls had a way to nudge in a direction. Not full on movement because I think that would ruin the vibe and controls, but if pressing a direction gave a slight boost in that direction it would go a long way for feel.
Great job!
Nice, Downwell was our inspiration.
And also thanks for suggestions.
Awesome game! I really enjoyed the mechanics and controls. The tutorial at the beginning was excellent and easy to follow. I could play this for a long time. The graphics are great too!
I wont say this game is well polished in controlling BUT I dont konw who can polish an crazy idea like this to perfect in 4 days!
This is a game where you just cant stop interacting with. What a creazy inovative creative IDEA!
Definitily 5 in Creativity and Style. Hope this would be a 100/7668!
Now one of my collection to check before starting next game!
Thanks, I'm glad you liked it at the end.
I spend like a whole day just working on the contols, but still they are not as good as I would wish.
Cool game, I loved wildly spinning around like a death machine in some of the open areas lol
The scaling and roatating with your mouse is so much fun, I dont think I played the game correctly but roating and launching the aquare while resizing to bounce around was quite the thrill. great game.
Its a fun game and I enjoyed it . I will say I don't think I ever really learned to control the scaling correctly.
men this idea is insane it's better than getting over it if you made it open world
maybe I got 3675
Thanks. I am glad you liked it. The score is also great.
Really interesting game ! I'd say control is a bit hard to take in hand. I think that the map should be a bit wider in the first levels to ensure that the player takes the controls in hand and then they get tighter to ensure some difficulty. Otherwise, great concept ! Keep up the good work :)
This game is super interesting and very well polished. I think the movement is a little tricky to get a handle on but it's certainly a creative take on the theme. I also would recommend starting the game levels a little easier to help the players get used to the movement. I just missed the time limit by a second each time which was frusterating. Maybe adding a secret grace period to still get the bonus would help that feel more satisfying. Overall, great work for the time limit!
Great suggestions, thank you for playing.
Very cool concept, I could definitely see this as an actual game! I think a better tutorial would maybe help, as I had a hard time figuring out movement at first! But nevertheless, I think it's an amazing entry! Great job guys! :)
Pretty cool game, I think that it should have fewer tight corridors as those are pretty cumbersome and slow to navigate and the pacing would be improved by widening up the areas in general. It's very fun to run through quickly and try to go fast while keeping track of enemies and the size of your cube! Neat game.
Agree with the tight corners, when I play it and got stuck, I make the corners smaller, but then I got so good in the game I was able to move without getting stuck. Some more playtesting would help cut corners even more (pun intended 😂).
Anyway, thanks for your comment, finally some constructive criticism.
A VERY GOOD game, a game that is satisfying to play. Incredible how you able to make such a finished game in just 4 days. I love the music, the design, the art. An excellent overall.
Thoroughly enjoyed this! Loved having the tutorial in the beginning. I can see myself playing this for a long time.
i think your idea is really cool! nice sound design as well, it was quite an intrguing game! A bit of what I had more trouble with was the game feel. Like, i liked the concept conceptually but playing it was a bit weird. eventually I got the hang of it better tho! all in all a good submission and the theme was greatly applied :)
