Banger visuals. I know which animal I'm eating tomorrow. 😋

Fantastic puzzle game, great job! The gruesomeness caught me off-guard lol, but it works well with the pixel art look! It would be nice if the game would remember your speed scale assignments when you respawn, but otherwise I really dig the gameplay loop!

That was clever! The art is quite charming, the puzzles were neat, and the premise is engaging. I especially liked the "detail" with the carousel.

"Ctrl" and "WASD" being controls can be a little problematic, as "Ctrl + W" is the "close tab" shortcut. That got me a couple of times!

I got really stuck on the farm puzzle. Without spoiling anything, I thought I had tried all combinations. It took looking it up for me to realize my mistake.

I thought that said "100". I know it should be inferable from context that it's not "100", especially since "100" appears at the beginning of the game with an entirely different style of "1", but I did not read that first digit as a curly "2"    but as a really weird "1"  . This might only be a problem with me, specifically.

For some reason, at seemingly random times, it won't start up, throwing up these errors:

The "InternalError: out of memory" seems to be the thing that prevents it from running.

All-in-all, great work!

I finished the game and I didn't even know that was 200 until I read this LOL.

This is awesome, the swapping of the speed scales is such a clever idea and the animations are amazing. Very fun game, great work!

Got violent at times but I really love the idea and execution. Great game!

Man there are some really sick kids in this game (both the goat and the human verity ).  Howver I did enjoy my time with this game, and setting the Merry go round to 600 reminded me of a park that had one that would go super fast.  Gotta watch the stream to hear the story!!

This a brand new interpretion of theme! I can only think of the scale of the game elements. But this game extends it to the real world and resymbolize it into the gameplay!

The game is Built to scale my mind about game.

Now it's in my collection. This is such an inspiration!

the interaction of changing speeds is a bit slow and frustrating, 3 clicks for a simple action is a lot. if it was instead fast, p.e. by drag & drop, this game could be a lot of fun! the art style and idea is nice!

I really enjoyed the artstyle and the animations, the dark humor is on point :’)

But there are a few issues: like others said there’s a lot of trial & error where it’s not really obvious why a specific time scale works, and you can’t skip the animation to restart immediately. And regarding the controls, it was a bit annoying to have to unselect objects after switching time scales - I thought multiple times they’d unselect themselves automatically.

But overall good game, very original !

The game is very creative. Good use of the theme.

But I feel like the gameplay requires a little too much trial and error. There are certain things that I couldn't guess the correct value for first few tries.

The second part of the game had me very confused. I though some game over animations are all hints.

Overall, the idea is very nice. Well done.

Feels really polished, I love the style. Nice work!

Messed up. 5/5

Hilarious game, with very creative mechanics, teachin you about ten different ways to kill a chicken, and one way to get rid of bullies.

I loved everything, the interactions, the animation, great job !

The one tiny thing I would change is to place the "WASD" tutorial completely visible in the screen at the beginning, instead of offscreen, so i already know that i can move the camera that way.

I got stuck at the dog part quite a bit, it's not that obvious that you can interact with the egg because it wasn't there before. Lot of trail and error, but overall I enjoyed it! Kinda dark tho..

This reminds me some flash game I used to play when I was little where a sleepwalking man move around the scene and I had to swap objects to prevent any sort of incidents. I love this kind of games, it's nice to see that gameplay again.

In my opinion, this game needs to be a bit more intuitive. Why can I select the egg, but not a tree (and I tried to click evrery single one before checking the solutions XD)? Some visual hints by default on which objects are selectable would be helpful. Another improvemente could be pointing out in advance if a speed is correct or not if it has already been tried.

Overall, I found the  graphics really polished, and I liked how you nailed the theme!

In case of intuative, all the interactables have circles drawn over them in the ctrl mode, but i definetly should have added the option to see if the speed has been tried before, thank you for your feedback

True, but the feature is presented in the game like some sort of cheat/assist mode that shouldn't be used by default.

The concept is nice, and the art style is good! The kids hanging the chicken in the park is terrifying. I had to look for answers after the first puzzle was a bit hard for me

Maybe I'm stupid, but I can't complete level 2 I tried al lot of things. The art style is amazing and I love it. The game is kinda fun switching the scale of speed of the objects. Creative way of Built to Scale. Will revisit when I know the solution :)

I gave the Goat 100 speed and the truc 40, but the goat caught me and killed me.

Developer

The reason may be that the font is confusing, the trucks original speed is 200 but looks like 100, if you give the goat the speed of the windmill it should work?

Submitted

Aah I will try that. Thanks

Submitted(+1)

A lot of trial and error is involved, and It may need something to point out which elements have speed. That said, this is far and away the funniest entry I've seen so far for the merry-go-round alone!

Submitted (1 edit) (+1)

Feels like trial and error for me. Also the numbers aren't very clear, we have mistaken 100 for 200. And it really hard to notice that the egg has 0. But we did enjoy the humor:) and we do like the art style.

Developer

The font we found online looks like shit when resized, we wanted it to be a little bit of trial and error but it ended up leaving the player in the dark a little bit lol. Thanks for playing!

This art style is amazing, it reminds me of a mix of scribblenauts and earthbound. The concept is really well executed and theres lots of funny moments and charm in the messages hidden behind CTRL

Developer(+1)

Earthbound and LISA were our biggest inspirations thanks thats very kind
