Soo cute & so impressive for a 48h jam! Really liked the meter managing, I was so bad at the tongue grabbing though 😂 great job on this :D

Climbing up to the upper portion of the cage was difficult, but for a game made in 48 hours, this looks great!

Ah, this was sick! Such a creative idea, and well executed. The writing, music, and gameplay all just work together so well. Such a unique idea that put a smile on my face. The writing was funny and witty, and love Reginald's nonchalant demeanour haha. Had some trouble figuring out how to get Reggie on top of the the branch. Sometimes I was able to shoot his tongue past the branch to the roof, but other times it just kept getting stuck on the branch.

Like the idea of building an environment for Reg. Could imagine this as a cute kind of pet-sim / habitat-management game with a narrative driving it along.

Great work, really enjoyed this :)

This game was a joy to play! So much character was on display via Reginold and the "Narration". I found the controls pretty fun to use and it seems like they have a high skill ceiling but are easy enough to use. It's fun to manage the meters, (food and temperature), but I like that they are forgiving and he didn't die instantly if one filled up. I enjoyed filling up the cage and the little ending bit is very cute and rewarding. Great work!

Super charming, really nice game. Well done!

Cute game, but I got stuck at the lamp and could not finish it. It would be way better if the reeling was a bit faster or he could go through the platform. I've been trying for at least 5 minutes until I gave up. Cool idea and art though.

Really cute and well polished game! Loved the cute gecko and the Died to a bug, that if you sticked your tongue to the right floor, you can't click it to release and die :(. In overall, really good job!

Really cool concept. I loved the art and vibe of this; it looks and feels really good.

The tongue retracting thing was a bit difficult to use, so I struggled to get Reginald up on branches, especially with him being able to get stuck on the bottom of the platform bits. Having it pull him up faster might have helped avoid this somewhat?

Great game, an interesting concept, with great art. Good luck with the jam!

Really nice chill game. The visuals are great and the story is also really funny and cute. My only complaint is the tongue grabbing which is a bit hard (I think I'm just bad) and the movement speed (which I'm not that bothered by).

This game is super relaxing and I really liked the mechanics of the different actions with the body parts.

This game was incredibly cute! I enjoyed the visuals, and the audio. The controls require some getting used to, but that's definitely some of the fun. Thank you Reginald for the nice time and congratulations on learning how to chameleon!

Reginald is a cutie and a dummy, and I love that for him! I like how his pupil wobbles as he walks. A very cute game :)

Nice game! Although I think the chameleon could have been a little faster, I liked the unique control scheme. The art was also good :)

How adorable! I agree with Ghostpanther's comment. I also struggled a bit to get to the lamp. I wasn't sure at first if I was missing some sort of puzzle or if I just needed to keep trying my solution of trying to click on Regi's body as he falls. I did eventually get it though! I've never seen character movement like this before and I thought it was very interesting! Reeling back in the tongue gave the player just the right amount of visual and audio feedback to make it feel great. I think it would have felt better if Regi moved just a little bit faster though. I also would have liked to see more variety in the actions Regi took, but seeing you only used the 48 hours, this amount of content was very impressive! Lots of potential and a fun interpretation of the theme!

The way you move regi was very unique and fun. I did have trouble getting to the heat lamp. Overall amazing and unique game!
