Very polished and fun to beat! It was relaxing being able to zone out and try and catch all the fish I could! The pacing of leveling up each time was well done. I do wish there was a button that made you reel in your line a little quicker once you started fishing deeper since it took longer coming back up. It would be great seeing even more upgrades or certain baits you could buy to give you advantages while fishing. Awesome work, it was a really nice game! :)

LMAO very cool idea, it's quite polished and very fun to progress. I would recommend to ease a bit the cost so you can upgrade your stuff faster also auto select the next fish available to sell instead of always clicking on a fish to sell then click sale. But that's just ideas ! Cool game ! Good job!
Really nice game!
I could really feel the theme about scaling here ! Upgrades that are impactfull and wortwhile and lots of different fish to catch :)
Only critisism I have is how little of me is needed, I mostly threw the hool deep and hoped for the best. If that could be made more interesting it would be perfect. But I also know the timeline is difficult, really decent game that taken into consideration :)
Very good game. Nice done. One tip for speeding up a little bit the experience for the game jam purpose would be a button that teleports you to the port.
Great game! Awesome art, very well polished overall. However I do feel like it's a bit too repetitive after a short time, given that the gameplay is also quite easy. Having a secondary objective could make it more engaging, but it may have not been feasible within a game jam time frame :D Having said all that I still play to the end to catch the biggest fish lol XD
It was indeed a bit repetitive, we had some more interesting ideas on the plate, like obstacles, rare collectibles, a fish bestiary, etc. But unfortunately the time frame got us in the end. So we focused more on polishing and balancing it.
But nonetheless, thank you for trying it out and giving us feedback ๐
Such a beautiful game. Awesome art style and color palette. Nice job!
Good game! The upgrades are pretty balanced. For some reason, It's scared me, every time I discovered a new fish, lol. I played until I unlocked everything!
this is super fun, i love how much more powerful the upgrades make you feel and how it... *scales* (ba-dum tss) seriously tho really fun and looks great, and is surprisingly well-balanced for a jam game!
Very cool art style, good job !
Such an addictive game thanks to the upgrades !
Grindy game, but then again, that's my jam. Nice sfx, but the 8bit Drunken Sailor music gets tiresome. If you got some more shanties in there I think it could be great. I like that you can get to choose sounds you want, some other games don't let you have that.
