How does your game fit the theme?
Your 5 reusable golf shots need to scale for the new levels, as they keep scaling up. The scale of the game objects keep changing as well.

Nice small game, fitting presentation, somewhat limited concept, but that's absolutely Ok! It feels a bit random, but again, it's a mini game, so that's fine! I finished it in a few minutes and had fun while it lasted. Good work.

Nice idea! Love the trippy artwork :)

After getting into the first hole, it seemed like I couldn't control the mouse. I didn't really get the concept of the last shot with the spacebar.

Developer

Thanks!! Yeah, I didn't explain it too well in-game.

But yeah, that's as intended, at the start of each new hole, you replay all the shots from all the previous holes with spacebar, before getting to make new ones again with the mouse. So you've gotta choose your shots carefully, as you've only got a total of 5 for all the levels.

Thanks for giving it a try!

Its a pretty cool idea for a golf game. Nice one, it makes you think about your shots more than a normal golf game

It's a nice concept for an expanded puzzle game. Nice!

Having to reuse your shots is a very fun twist on a golf game! The random scaling was good fun too!

way more depth to the mechanics than i originally thought. very nice work!

This genuinely a really fun game, played it all the way through and felt very satisfied. I have no critiques, good job!

Developer

Thank you so much!!   :)

Very creative concept with interesting strategy.

This is an interesting idea for a golf game. I like the strategy of having to reuse the same shots in multiple holes. It could make an interesting puzzle game, if expanded. As it is, this is a fun time and a great jam game!

Honestly really creative idea, though I'd like if there was an "undo" button or something that just restarted the current hole instead of restarting the entire thing.

Muy buen juego, buena mecanica y origanalidad, no me lo pude completar por la dificultad pero me gustó

Really interesting idea! Makes a simple level into a much more complex thing if you want to make it through the next hole!

Really creative way to interprete the Theme! While brainstorming we came up with the same idea to scale your decisions but failed to come up with a fun game. You achieved that. Good Work!

I loved this, having to re-use the same strokes is such a fun puzzle aspect for minigolf. I felt like a god when i beat the first 5 levels only using 2 strokes.

Always enjoy a good riff on minigolf, and the puzzly element of having to figure out which moves to make in advance proves both challenging and entertaining. All the while the random scaling of assets provides a nice degree of wiggle room to help alleviate the potentially far more frustrating challenge of a more traditional course. Nice work.

Really interesting concept of the past shots queue in addition to the made to scale theme! It's interesting to slowly learn to make suboptimal plays for current holes because the decision will make sense later on.

Developer(+1)

Thanks! I was hope those were the kind of decisions you'd make while playing! Really happy to hear :)

Very fun idea! :)
The only problem is the inability to plan in advance the best strategic moves to register.
I enjoyed whacking the golf ball.

Developer(+1)

Thanks!! Yeah you can zoom out or restart to plan a little more strategically, but If I had more time I definitely would've added a mini map and ability to look around the map.
Thanks for playing :)
