Very enjoyable game! the eyeball and sportsballs combined with that style of music made no sense to me but at the same time it fit perfectly??? 10/10 will never look at baseballs the same way again

I like how it plays. Would have loved more feedback/juice and not sure if it’s a linear increase in size, but it slows way too much. I think in need something faster than linear expansion.

Really like the idea!

The Eye Is Watching Us! 10/10

I really enjoyed play this game! Wish there were extra motion & sound effect when I attack. Overall, nice job!

Decent idea but needs something more to really be fun. Some more different types of enemies with different behaviors would make the game more engaging; as it is now you kind of just move around touching the orbs for a while, and with how long it takes to get big there's not enough going on to keep it fun. I think the idea has some potential but the execution is a bit lacking as it is.

the game was verry eazy in the begining and verry hard in the end... tho seems fun

Fun solo .io game! having a main goal is a good idea!

Cool game, had fun !

Perfect jam game. So simple, but it is so fun. I almost beat it, the overseer was so small, but there were just so many of the balls haha :D

That's what I like to call a "different" game. It's a quite unique idea. The mix between the .io games style and the jam's theme was a really good idea. Great Job!

Ya the thumb nail was last minute. Glad you enjoyed!

I love simplicity of the gameplay and of the take on the theme. “Built to scale? Ok, you scale up to be able to attack. You get attack? Scale down. If scale 0, you died. You scale and attack by bumping into ressource or ennemies.” <3 Feels like agar.io but different.

I just wish you had a better looking itch page and an actual art theme.

Ya I usually am the one doing the art, but when I'm the one making the game I always end up pushing it aside.

Nice game! Very simple and easy to understand. The balancing seems pretty perfect which is tough for a game jam game. Good job!

super fun game and this eye remind me custom level from geometry dash

Simple, but fun game.

. It was so smart how you used the ‘Built to Scale’ concept. It was great how I had to keep increasing the size of the ball while trying to avoid the enemy balls that kept getting bigger, and all the while having to hit the big eye. It could have more levels in the future. Good luck!

cool game! It took me about 10 minutes to beat, and was very fun

Submitted

I did it! This was hard

I'd put more thought into how you collide with enemies or orbs. For now you just shrink their size, but you could make it more satisfying! Solid start :)

I have a questions about why I'm a watermelon... gathering air... avoiding baseballs, while trying to take out a gigant eye...

Very agar.io, works well and controls well. My main criticism is that if you take out the initial enemies then you can sort of just hang around the edges growing slowly without much risk. It gets kind of tedious only collecting many small bubbles whereas in agar.io you take on larger and large enemies, which means that you can keep growing at a relevant rate while balancing risk/reward. In this game you don't get much reward for approaching the center before you're large enough to take out the eye... the bubbles aren't much larger in there.

The game randomizes your sprite, press R to change. I originally had the enemies spawn at random but when I added the eye as the main goal to win, I changed it to spawn mainly around it. Yes, you can float around the edges without much hindrance but if you want to win you will eventually have to go to the center where the longer you wait the more enemies you will face. I wanted to make it short and easy enough that most people would be able to finish. I wanted to add more types of enemies but unfortunately ran out of time. Thank you for the feedback and for playing!
