Wow, some of the challenges are brutal!
The sound effects comboed with the music are very funny and charming. I think they really added a lot to the game and fit well with the art you made.
I like the idea and this is a great proof-of-concept. Would love to see some more variety between tasks in the future, but for 48 hours of work this is solid! Nice job!
Thank you very much for the support and feedback! :)
I love the idea of this game that every challenge the player has to complete is randomized. This concept has a high replay value. I only had the problem once that the cup wasn't supposed to hit me, but then I died anyway. The UI and background also doesn't scale properly when playing in fullscreen mode. I still had a lot of fun playing this game. Great job.
Yeahhh we only realized AFTER the deadline that we set up the itch.io full-screen mode without properly setting up the Unity full-screen mode....it was a facepalm moment, but at least it's a learning experience lol. Thank you very much for your feedback!
Everything can be played with the keyboard except the menus. It is an unnecessary interruption to reach for the mouse. Otherwise it is a well thought out and good looking game.
Full keyboard capability (along with the option to use a controller) is definitely something we should implement in the future. We appreciate your feedback!
Good art and music, but just missing something to add impact for taking or dealing damage. Otherwise controls great!
We definitely agree! We had some animations and sfx lined up to give more oomph to taking/dealing damage, but along with so many other things, it just didn't make it across that deadline, haha. Thank you very much for your feedback :)
the presentation of this is great! I particularly liked the music very much, gives me bad nostalgia for playing old dos games like prince of persia. The controlls are a bit unpleasant though, however awesome game, liked it!
Thank you for your feedback!
Cool game! Unique idea from what I've seen so far! I think the game play could use some fleshing out if you continue development, but the overall concept is great!
Thank you for your comment! Will definitely be polishing a lot in the future :)
Really enjoyed this one! The aesthetic is great, and the controls feel good to control. I loved how varied the dodging became with all the varied enemies. The difficulty is very luck based, but that does go in line with the theme. I found the wands to be the hardest to dodge and hated it when you couldn't hurt them without hurting yourself. Very solid entry!
Thank you so much for your thoughtful comments! Balancing the difficulty was definitely something we would have liked to have more time with, and it's on the list.
Really cool entry, nice take on the theme, graphics and controls are really enjoyable. Would have loved to be able to play it with a controller.
Controller support is definitely in the plan! Thank you so much for your feedback.
I like your game, interesting concept! The art very good, it has a lot of personality!
Thanks very much!
The art and music is really great
Thank you!

Great art style and gameplay! Thanks for the submission!
Thank you for your comment!
This was a lot of fun! I really liked the combat and the idea was very cool. I think it could be cool to see more modifiers for goals like maybe incentivizing the player to be hit by some types of enemies.
Thank you for your comments and for the interesting suggestion! Will keep it in mind moving forward :)
A very original take on the jam, loved the art too!
Thank you!
The random challenges are a really cool concept and I really liked the presentation/gameplay! Nice work!
Thanks very much!
The random conditions make the game really interesting, and it feels good to kill enemies. Good work!
Thank you so much :)
A neat little concept! I liked the randomized objectives, although it was kinda hard to find some of the goals sometimes. I had one fortune where I just had to survive and not kill anything and that one was certainly the most challenging. I would've like a minimap if possible since I didn't really know where my limits were for escape, but over time I'm sure I'd have the layout memorized. Also the audio randomly started clipping out at a certain part, but eventually came back in, not sure what the deal was with that.
Good submission, adheres to the theme well :)
Thanks very much for your comment! Yes, we were thinking that the survival objective might feel more fair if we cut the timer in half. We haven't encountered a problem with the audio, so we appreciate you letting us know :)
Really like the art and the overall presentation here!
