I thought this was going to be more simple than it was. Gameplay felt really frantic and seeing the timer tick down while desperately trying to find the right emotion was great. I think you have the perfect number of emotions on the chart, not too few making it easy, but not too many making it unfair.
Overall a great little game!
Glad To Hear You Enjoyed The Game !! Hope you had a good game jam yourself !! :)))
Very original!
Psst! Rate my game too!
Thank you !! Will do :)))
AMAZING!
The emotion charts is a great addition!great gamee
Thanks, A lot hope you had a fun-filled jam too!
Nice concept, the emotion charts makes it both easier and harder cause there are so many. Clean crispy art :D
Thanks a Lot !! That's really nice to hear :))
Really nice game, took awhile before I got used to the emotion chart but after that it was quite enjoyable.
Good work!
Haha That's nice to hear ! Hope you had a great jam too !! :))))
I really love the vibe of this game! The emotions corresponding to dice rolls was an interesting mechanic, and I kept the emotion chart open most of the time for deciphering the combinations.
I felt 7 seconds was a bit tight on the time to make the decision, but I can understand why you kept it short to increase the tension of the game. I usually just hit the "All in" button if I was certain of the combination, or the "1/4" button if I was throwing the match due to time running out.
It would be nice for the player to also be able to click the decision buttons first before selecting a die (right now, it seems like you must select a die before selecting a betting amount). I had a tendency to try and hit the decision buttons first, which resulted in some time loss.
Overall, this was fun! Nice job!
Thanks for your feedback! Hope you had a nice jam too :)))
A really fun game! I loved the concept! i think the loss of time is too sudden, in the first time you get 15 seconds and then 7, i think a more linear model would've been better. Great Stuff! Love it!
Mhm yea that does seem more reasonable, Thanks for the feedback! Hope you had a fun jam too :D
Would have loved to play this game, but I found a gamebreaking bug in the form of some viewport shenanigans in which I was unable to fully view the whole play area. My screen's resolution is 1366x768, which by today's standards is small, so I reckon that's likely to be the issue.
Didn't rate either, because it wouldn't have been a fair assessment.
Shucks... What a let down. Was looking forward to it.
That's a shame, we found the issue shortly too after uploading it, something to do with the unity project build settings, but didn't want to risk losing time so we weren't able to change it, anyways hope you had a fun jam too :)) !!
Cool idea, but making it fully deterministic takes away some of the fun. Would be more interesting if some guess-work was needed (maybe some idiosyncrasies from the other 'players' that you could learn, or some tells).
yea, completely agree with you. Thanks for the feedback :))
Very impressive art work. Also love the creativity. Definitely had me on the edge of my seat!
Thank you soo much!
This is a pretty cool game! Great job with it!
Thank you! :))
really cool game. get old a bit fast but stays fun. totally unique concept too.
Thanks for the feedback. happy you liked the game :))
This game is so frantic, lol
haha yea. happy you liked it!
Incredibly fast paced, kept me on my toes looking out over the score card. The options other than all in seem redundant, and some of the faces are a little hard to tell apart searching over the sheet, but I enjoyed myself playing it. Also soundtrack slaps.
Thanks for the feedback. Happy you enjoyed it :))
The frantic lookup part of the game was interesting but I'm not sure what all the bet options are really for if the roll is predetermined. You either pick the lowest because you couldn't panic look up the face in time and then randomly select a die or you go all in if you looked it up in time.
Thanks for the feedback.
I liked playing it! This game has a lot of art so together with the programming all in 48 hours is impressive. Tutorial was short, clear and to the point, very good.
I did had a bug where the emotion chart began rapidly vibrating. I also couldn't change my bet anymore, I tried it in different orders of first selecting the dice and then the money but I couldn't get it to work.
Thanks, we'll look into the issue :))
Liked the graphics and the music! The idea is very original too!
Happy you enjoyed it!
Liked the game. Graphics were good and the music fit quite well. Maybe some variation in the gameplay could benefit the game? It starts off quite fun but as the game progressed I found myself getting a bit bored. Still a good game though, particularly given the 48 hour time limit.
Thanks for your feedback!
Nice game!
