The visuals and sound design are great! Puzzles are a bit hard and don't leave much space for error, but the game is really good overall!

Nice work! I liked all the nice little hints you added in like the number previews. Tough puzzles. Similar to a lot of other jam games, but not to a fault of yours. Good job!

I appreciate the QOL stuff you added such as seeing the moves, out of the other games with similar concepts, I'd say I had the most fun with this one. The visuals are nice and simple and SFX are good too.

Nice job on this! Played a handful where you have to precisely roll the dice and it's nice to see the inclusion of previews to the players moves. Showing where the player will land and on what face goes a long way!

Really well made and polished game , The music is nice and calming , the gameplay itself is simple to understand and straightforward ! The particle effects and screen shake are suuperb !!  Good stuff all in all :D !!

I've seen a lot of games in a similar vein to this, but this one was really well presented and well made - I appreciate the 'preview' of where the dice will land next, and small attention to detail and nice animations really make this a good game, well done :)

Great! Loved the visual style and sounds, I like the ghost dice that show the effects of a given move before it happens. Challenging but intuitive puzzle!

Nice visuals! The puzzles were quite challenging and I enjoyed playing, great submission!

Good presentation and sfx! The bar on the side is a neat touch too.

Would love if you can check out my game too. Thanks!

I love the music and the art, and the simple game design is great.

Nice vibes on the music and art! I really like how where you'll land is projected onto the field, makes it a lot more pleasant to work out the solutions.

Great work, i like the art style, sound, etc, it all works.

I agree with some of the below comments, a restart button and also an indicator of what level you are on. would be great.

Awesome!

I've played other puzzle games where the number on top dictates the spaces you can move but this one has been the most polished and promising so far. I'm not a big puzzle guy so I might be not thinking ahead while saying that but I almost would like to be able to see two steps ahead while trying to solve the puzzles instead of only one. I guess if I memorized the faces of a dice I would be able to do just that, so then, if I'm supposed to memorise them, wouldn't it be worth having a small 3D model on the side to have as reference for exemple?
Otherwise the presentation is just great. The satisfaction of making that dice roll is enough to get me playing this game!

nice.

I'm missing some quality of life features such as a retry button and an undo button.

just nice.

The transitions and animations are all very clean, and it clearly explains what to do and how the game works. Very good job guys!

Hey Julius! You've still got that sense of style! Nice presentation. And congrats on finishing your game.

I really like the premise of your game. It's a cool take on the Sokoban-adjacent puzzle games. No need to push blocks when you've got this much room for puzzling! While showing the next move's number is a key piece, I still feel it's missing something. To succeed at this game, a player needs near perfect understanding of the sides of a die. And that is not me lol. The puzzles feel more like trial and error at this point. I quickly learned that 2s always flip to 5s and 4s stay stuck on 4s, but beyond that, the rest of the patterns didn't stick with me. It's a tough nut to crack and I'm guessing it'd take more time than a 48 hour jam to design puzzles that truly teach the player the ins and outs of this system. Super cool.

Keep up the good work and I look forward to seeing your entries in future jams :)

Finally, a game when rolling high is less helpful, Cool concept and good execution. There is a design problem when it comes to rolling a 4 getting you stuck into constantly rolling 4 over and over but other than that a solid game.

That is not a design issue. It's just a quirk of how dices work. (its what mathematicians call a fixed point).

it can be used for some interesting puzzles actually. But yeah i do agree it can be a little annoying.

I remember first seeing this game when it was just the background. It's even more super cool now :D
