Such a great little gem, I love the popcorn idea for this theme it's clearly 5 stars for me. Very cute popcorns art man with all of these cute faces, they looked so sad when burnt I had to my best ahah! A bit weird that the lower your score the better, but it doesn't matter, great game for this jam!

Thanks!! I recorded individual popcorn kernels popping on my stove! As for more content, I hadn't really put much thought into it. Just doing everything I could to get the game published, lol.
A very very cute game about my favourite activity: making popcorn. Very satisfying poping sound and even some popcorn lore. I loved it. When is the caramel flavour dlc?

Cool idea, well explained tutorial, satisfying execution. I would say there isn't enough feedback for the player that a kernel is about to be burned, it jumps too fast from "a little brown" to "completely burnt"; other than that, good job!
I agree with you, it's a little too unclear when they will burn, but also that's how popcorn seems to actually work, LOL!! But kidding aside, thanks for playing!!!
Very unique and delightful. I think the kernels were in too obvious grid pattern so it was quite easy to pop two and move left or right to repeat. Some randomness could propably help there. Also the timer seemed to run a bit fast. You have made a lovely story within the tutorial. Great work!
The time purposely runs fast. 2:30 felt way too long but I still wanted to have 2:30 as the time since it's so iconic for popcorn. So I made the time go 2x faster.

Very cute! Love the mix of real life items and backgrounds with cartoony characters! The game itself is quite simple but very addictive, nice job adding a tutorial to it too! Can't really think of what else to write about, the game just puts a smile on my face :)
