I'm just in love with the music. And everything else was so good as well. I've been jamming around for a while and this game is one of the best I've come across.

this was a fantastic game, not just as a submission to the jam, but as a take on the bullet hell genre. the art and music was completely on point and there was a nice variety in attacks throughout the entire game.

This is by far one of the best games I have ever seen in any game jam. You just need some more content and you can easily put a price on this, excellent job!

Fantastic game! Felt really polished and was fun to play. There were a lot of mechanics all at once though, keeping track of everything was difficult!

Submitted(+1)

The controls took me a while to get used to. But once I finally figured it out, the game was really fun.

Definitely wasn't expecting anything this polished! This game was lovely to play, just the right length and had a perfect difficulty curve. Well done.

That was amazing! The polish and the bonus ending really got me into it. Great job with getting the gameplay, music and visualls to work so well togeter.

Holy sh*t, that was so cool, you guys take the crown from what I've tested so far.  Great, great job !

I had so much fun coordinating my clicks to avoid projectiles. Felt like a master after doing fast clicks to move out of a tight situation.

Having the main menu be a tutorial for the game was a nice touch. The art is pleasing to look at.

An excellent game.

Interesting implementation of the topic.

Plays really well and the music is excellent.

Had a lot of fun.

I could never get tired of Tempest-genre games! And the graphics art! State-of-the-art OP on relatively different level than jam games. This is the kind of game you would expect to play and buy on Steam. Genius idea!

Wow! This is a really impressive and original game. I love the art style and music. The game play is interesting and compelling. There's tons of variety. It's a great game.

The only thing I could complain about (and only in a minor way, because I'm probably the problem :-)) is the controls: they just don't feel intuitive to me, and half the times I take damage it's because I knew what I wanted to do, but pressed the wrong mouse button. I don't really know how to improve it though. Arrow keys would feel more intuitive, but that would be super challenging to implement because which way is up/down or left/right changes depending on where you are on the revolution...

Anyway, congrats on such a wonderful finish!

Reminds me of http://tankwars.io that lets me choose from 2 methods how to move the tanks.

Well done. Simple but hard to master. Love the aesthetics and music as well

Solid gameplay, random patterns and changing difficulty, nice regeneration mechanic, slick visual and audio! Well done!

Great production value and nice creative take on the bullet hell genre. I completed the game and it was pretty fun. I really enjoyed the pacing. Very well done!

Nice Job, really enjoyed the art and game play. Felt like there was a bit of a steep difficulty curve, first two levels were pretty easy then the Submarine kicked my butt, lol.

Developer

Thank you! I hope you keep trying, the second phase of the submarine fight is really cool!

Submitted

Which is the second part, when it starts chasing you?

Developer(+1)

I don't want to spoil too much, but you'll need to take down the submarine first.

Really great game. I think it adheres to the concept perfectly, the controls are simple yet the game has a real mastery curve. I like that if you're trying to catch a powerup or avoid certain obstacles, you can hop to a ring going the opposite direction and then hop back over. great work!

Submitted(+1)

It's not track pad friendly. would have been nice for some WS or arrow key controls other then that its really good.

Developer

Thank you for the controls feedback! I asked in the Discord about uploading a controls fix and have updated the game to let you swap with the Enter key or A button (for controllers) and boost with the Space key or right trigger.

This is great! Such a simple idea, jump right in, easy learning curve but tricky enough to play. The art, sound and design are all high quality. Very nicely done!
