Nice game! I think you accomplished the goal of showing how house-work can be too much. Very hard is hard. Those cats were the messiest, hungriest cats I've ever seen.
I wish there was a way to chain tasks, like pick up all the clothes, or mop up all the puddles.
Thanks for your feedback. We are going to keep development of the game. So tasks chaining will be definitely included in future. Once again thanks for playing.
This game felt stressful, but I think that was the intention. It was fun trying to prioritize which tasks to do.
I was not sure how the laundry worked, whether I stayed holding space or just let it do its thing. It would have been nice to hold more than one item or keep the mop until you finished with all the puddles. Felt like there was no need to mop or pickup clothes both due to having to go back and forth, thus wasting energy and there not being a dire consequence if left on the floor.
Overall, i enjoyed the game.
Thanks Jonas. I'm planning to improve this game and your feedback is very valuable. Will try to add inventory or ability to hold several item at once.
I enjoyed this game. Graphics and sound are great. Gameplay is fun.
The difficulty setting is awesome! As someone that has failed to complete many of the games on offer in this jam I appreciate you adding that in.
Thanks for pointing to difficulty setting. I was struggling with balance adjusting and this was our tool to quickly set up conditions and playtest the game without code change.
Cool game, I have really felt the sensation of having to many tasks to do. Special mention to the sound design, which is one of the most complete I've seen until now.

This was great fun! I don't even want to know what happens when mom's stress is maximized...
I loved how it was sort of fast paced and you had to keep doing things. I wish that I would feel more reward for getting chores done... :)
I kept trying to put the clothes in the closet, only realizing 30 seconds in that I should put them in the washing machine.
I think I'd enjoyed it more if, just like in real life, I could do more at the same time, but I understand from the perspective you're trying to make. What I mean is, filling both cat foods with the same cat food pickup, making multiple meals at the same time, picking up multiple clothes to wash them at the same time. Keeping the mop equipped to mop up all cat pee instead of retrieving it after each puddle.
But as you're trying to make something stressful, with tweakable difficulty even (which is super commendable, good job!), I understand the decisions you made :)
Thanks for such deep analysis of the game. Implementation of multiple items and mop keeping requires some inventory implementation. So we decided to leave the gameplay as simple as we can and spend the rest of the time to content implementation.
This game definitely had me stressed - I'm sure that was the intention! Very difficult...art and music / sfx are good and fit together. I would have liked if the movement overall was a bit faster. I like that you give the player control over the difficulty of the game at the main menu.
Looks like I was playing in Exterminator at the same time))
Thanks for your comment) Looks like movement speed is the most frequently mentioned issue of the game.
I like how the base setting is "Hard". :)
Very nicely put together, consistent style. Easy to understand. Fun and challenging (perhaps too challenging)!
Yeah it was intended to show that such labor couldn't be easy. Thanks for playing)
Great job on the art and sound! I also liked the theme of the game, its important to remember what it takes to keep the household running.
Great job on this one! I really liked how the player could tweak the game difficulty on the main menu. I regret to say I had to turn down the difficulty all the way to beat it haha. Our teams actually had some similar ideas, and it's really hard to pick the right amount of difficulty. The only extra tweak I was was there would be the movement speed. Also enjoyed all the sound effects and graphics!
Thanks for your feedback. Also checked your game. It's amazing
Great concept. I really liked the music and art too. Poor hungry family. Well done!
Hey,
nice little game you made, really like the concept. played and rated.

so real! <3
Cute game, "fun"/interesting idea. But I abandoned when I understood I had to go back all the way through the whole house again to get the mop for some water puddle that was just next to another one. And the character is really too slow.
What a pain haha! I felt it! Good job I guess? :)
Well executed anyway, good work!
Nice little game :) Took me quite a moment to figure out how to do all the housework in time.
I think there should be a way to drop items again. E.g. I picked up the brush, but there was nothing to clean. So I couldn't do any of the other activities until a new dirty spot appeared.
Thanks a lot for feedback. Yeah, we planned to implement this mechanic but had no time for that unfortunately =(
Cute and hard game! 😫😁
Great (and sad) game ! The character moves soooo slowly... it gets the message through ! Excellent idea !
Fun is ZERO.. which gets you big point. I hate this game like I hate actual chores.
Great job!
Thanks for so funny comment) and for playing.
Nice job! You could probably enter this in one of those horror themed game jams too ;)
I managed to beat it on the second try, after I gave up on trying to feed the cats to the children in order to kill two birds with one stone in my first try.
Thanks for you feedback. I'll consider about a horror jam :D
Great little game :)
