What a delightful little time! Congratz on making a 3D game, I haven't had the conviction yet to delve in to 3D.
This was super cute and chill experience :D

What a delightful little time! Congratz on making a 3D game, I haven't had the conviction yet to delve in to 3D.
This was super cute and chill experience :D
An absolutely adorable game! While I didn't get all the bananas, I enjoyed the time I got to spend with Johnathan and friends, and would love to take a trip back to St.Helena in the future!
Nice feels in this one. Dialogue is charming. 3D is not too easy to pull off, so hats off to you. I found 42 fruit, is that all?
Ps. you should tell us that Jonathan is secretly a monkey! He climbs trees up in matter of seconds!
also, meet Jonathan - https://www.bbc.co.uk/newsround/60007178
+1 for a solid 3D game. The graphic reminds me of the good old Super Mario 64 days :)
I really like the cutesy style and bright colours of everything. Didn't see the message about audio right away and thought there wasn't any sound at all until i jacked my speakers up. Shame about the budget cuts, i would have enjoyed a disco and fireworks :P
Enjoyed my short time on St Helena :) Good humour and I feel richer for the knowledge about Jonathan!
Very novel! At first I didn't get the premise, I thought I was a very small child, but it finally clicked whilst playing and I looked it up afterwards too - I like that your game helped me learn something interesting through a bit of tangential education! Also, very clever take on the theme :D
One technical issue came up for me, for some reason my mouse isn't properly captured by the game, so I had a slightly awkward time repositioning my mouse. Other than that, it ran totally fine!
Also, totally unrelated yup uh huh, you wouldn't happen to be a fan of a certain smol 9000+ year old shark or a smol time travelling detective would you? Dana's model seems... familiar ;)
I really liked this! The world was so inviting and made me want to go and explore all the different areas. The character art was really cute and the ending made me smile. Also that cake looked so delicious. I had never heard of St Helena or Jonathan so I am happy you made this :)
Definitely a fun little game! One thing I noticed is I don't think the mouse is captured in the HTML version, as in fullscreen it does not continue the rotation, and out of fullscreen the mouse escapes the game window. Otherwise, great entry!
Same as @spoonbill, David is clearly MVP.
Super cute, super original. Love the twist at the end, it's pretty rare a twist that is not dramatic.
Good job!
I had lots of little giggles during the dialogues, it kept me searching for the next character to talk to. :)
I really like the minimalistic visual style, reminds me of one of your previous jam games.. got a nice style going there.
I did have my volume up louder but didn't really notice and audio cues, in the end I just looked for fruit and stumbled on the party.. oh well, still fun for me though.
Also this may be a bug, or maybe be an HTML5 thing but my mouse was getting stuck on the edge of the window/screen, which was causing me not to have full 360 degrees freedom of rotation.
This game was super wholesome, and made me smile. I love your refreshing take on the theme!
I do love me a good 4th wall break, and this game had several (David is MVP).
At first I was confused why the camera was so low to the ground and why Jonathan was tasked with collecting super shiny fruit, but now I understand. :)
I played this game in full screen, and it was sometimes difficult to turn the camera with the mouse, but other than that I had a lot of fun with this! Nice work!
- This made me laugh out loud, David is best character.
Ha this was a lot of fun! I love the low poly look. Did you model all the buildings and characters yourself?
Cute game! I like the idea and I love that you went with a unique way of interpreting the theme! The controls felt a bit awkward, but other than that, nice job!
sweet game with a nice story :)
the only thing that didn't work good was the control: I was quite fast getting out of the window with my mouse while turning the camera, then I had to re-enter the gaimng window from the other side to turn further.
All in all a good submission! :)
