The graphics are very beautiful, but my reaction is not very good

Hey nice job! I also tried for a simple rhythm type game - but got a bit too focused on the dialog and graphics and didn't leave enough time to refine the core game mechanics.

Like the others commenting here, I was a bit confused at first, even unsure where I had to click to begin the "game" - but mostly got there in the end. I was playing the web version and you did say it had issues so I should probably try to d.l at some point too

Very interesting take on the theme and game, overall. Once I got the hang of what I was supposed to do, was quite fun. Would be nice if there was a way to let the player know that pressing nothing is OK and desired at times. Spent too long just spamming out the pattern and getting called a blasphemer.

This is a great idea for a rhythm game and I found it pretty fun to play once I got the hang of the controls. It would've help if there was a symbol to show the pauses you need to add between pressing the arrow keys. The music is great and the controls feel pretty responsive. Great job!

crazy creative. took me a while to understand what I was meant to be doing but then it was easy breezy til the end, great job!!

Good job, i would have never tought off beatboxing.

You did a great job with the sound the rythm controlls and the art.
The only things i would change / add is to show the player what to do ( i was a litle bit lost with the pauses and at first i didnt knew i had to copy their round) and the buttons kinda felt off to me idk.

Great job, keep up the great work.

Loking good, it can't be done in a one week! Good job man!

Great idea with cool sounds! It's not easy to don't get a "meh", but I know that I'm bad at rhythm games. The possibility to remap the keys is a great plus!

One note: it would be nice to be able to use only the keyboard for the entire game, even for the choices before the battles, and also to pause the game (or at least to change the settings after the initial screen)!

Anyway, good job!

I didn't find it obvious that you had to miss a beat, it would be good if the arrows had a sound, so you could remember a sound rather than just arrows. I worked it out in the end.

The characters and level select art were awesome as well as the sound design, I really enjoyed that aspect, I'm not great as rhythm games but felt when I pressed the key as the beat hit, it hit perfect and I found that aspect really satisfying.

Very cool! I had some problems with getting the beat exactly + there were some on the end that I did not need to clock, so that threw me off a bit.

I think showing the beatbox of the enemy with that beatbox visual would help a lot.

Great idea overall, I dig the art style!

A lot of fun,  the art and sound is great. i think maybe the music shouldve been synced to the beatboxing because it threw me off a bit.

Awesome production in this game. The look and sound are great. I wasn't sure if I had won encounters or not but I enjoyed playing it.

I was dancing to the jammers. The rhythm and timing felt precise when I hit the keys. Great work!
Blasphemy! :)

Cool design and sound!

The pixel art and sound are very nice. I also think this is a very original interpretation of the theme.

Initially I was confused if I should also copy the “no input” pauses or not, so I got stuck in the first few encounters. I think it would be nice if a symbol appeared to indicate that that the pause is intentional and should be copied.

Another nice game by the team, congrats guys!

Very nice short rythm game. I loved the art style! The only real complaint I have is that there isn't enough, but I understand the time constraints. Very nice game!
