How does your game fit the theme?
My game has implemented the two point of view theme by having one playable platformer character on the ground and a big overseer guy which you can switch to which allows you to move platforms and see the world from the sky.

I unfortunately did not know how to use the big overseer guy, although I did notice him. Maybe signposts with instructions early game could be helpful! Also, the shading made it very difficult to see the guy. Despite those things, I love the vibes and music and his floaty jumps!

I like the game and your use of the limited colors, however everything white did make it a but hard to judge jumps sometimes. I like how the overseer looms over you from the start.

My main advice is try to offer a webbuild next time. and if you have a Fullscreen game make an exit button so its easier to close your game.

For the rest job well done amazing result for a 10day jam

This reminds me of a passion project SONY Japan Studio would have released a couple decades ago. I'm not used to platforming with mouse + keyboard so I'm impressed by how tight it feels. I always appreciate a real avant garde experience. There are only very slight immersion breakers like the lack of music fades, and it's sometimes hard to gauge jumps. Otherwise, I'd never believe this was made in a week.

Don't worry about not having a web build, I'm sure you'll get more plays soon. Keep up the great work. This game really showcases how less can be more.

good game it looks really good however it is also fairly easy to lose track of depth and the character in the darker areas of the map also the movement is a tad bit slidey , but other than those two issues this was a really good submission

i dont play the game for not have version for web(html) in a jams is indispensable have a version of web

I didnt make a web build since its a 3d game with realtime lighting and making a webgl version would probably cause the game to not look nor perform good. I know not making a web build puts me at a disadvantage but i would like to offer the players that do download my game a quality experience.

First thing I noticed about this game is how aesthetic it is! The music paired with the visuals makes the game feel very calm and also a little eerie, but in a cool mysterious kind of way. I liked your use of the limited palette, although it was a bit tough to see the character at some points. Overall it was a fun game and very visually pleasing!

I enjoyed this a lot! The lack of air control made the controls challenging, but in a good way. After a while I found myself breaking my platformer habit of correcting mistakes with air movement and instead making more careful, mindful jumps. The story seems interesting, the palette was nice and matched well with the beautiful music and atmosphere. Great work! All I would change is adding a pause/options menu.

This is a beautiful game. And I want to give you some feedback on it.

The gameplay is fun. It is an easy platformer with some little tricks. I found the overseer a little bit annoying but since you needed a second perspective I could understand why he was there. I had the issue that when I needed him he was far away and it took ages to get him close. If I then swapped perspective he was standing in the middle of the level looking at me. An improvement could be that you put him on a spline next to the level so he has a path to follow which he can do when you traversing the level. The camera flight when swapping is a nice touch but could be a little faster.
The floatiness of the character movement is something I do not like a lot in a platformer since you often feel out of control. In your case, it was acceptable since the platforms you needed to reach were big enough.

The art style is very interesting. You once said in the discord that your eyes hurt because of the bright colors. I can now totally understand why! :D I love the models of all the props and the characters. It shows that coherent simplicity can work wonderfully. I maybe would have chosen a different color for the player character. Maybe the orange would have been a good fit. Sometimes in the shadow, I was simply not able to see my character.

I loved the soundtrack. I need chill music while playing a platformer. Very good choice! The jump sound was a little too comical IMO but I can understand this design decision.

Overall you hit the theme and I like the game a lot. Good job

Btw I think you are missing a texture. I have gotten a white rectangle when I think there should be some UI element telling me what to do or who am I playing. It wasn't necessary but I wanted to mention it.

Thanks for the feedback and compliments! I noticed the problem with the overseer too but i just didnt have time to change it although if i ever continue to work on the game further then i will try your suggested approach since that seems like a good solution. But im glad you enjoyed the game :)
