You did a great job nailing the look of an abandoned toy chest, as the contents within are absorbed into the void! While I wish you could hold the down arrow to roll as opposed to pressing it, you did a solid job!

Fun and creepy, I like it. Found a way to walk on top of the screen so didn't have to deal with obstacles anymore :P

Game has creepy vibe. Good Arcade for high-score run)

Also had issues with crouching at the start, but then realized that it works on key release)

Cool art style! Pretty funny. Goob job!

Submitted

Had issues with crouching at the start, but other than than really nice-looking solid game!

pretty fun, feels like the game is testing my reaction

Nice game, the concept is pretty neat. My one issue is the crouching, it activates a little while after input.

Submitted(+1)

the game's pretty fun, but it's way too linear with the only sequence being crouch then jump then crouch then jump etc always at the same height. The boosting powerup also only spawns in the same place and if you're not in the specific pattern to get it you can never get it. Also it lets you go through walls sometimes. The controls are quite good and precise at the very least, although a little slow.

Developer

Thank you for feedback, yeah I just put prefab obstacle course and thats it, didn't knew how to do things randomly so I left it as that, the power up also is in the prefab so yeah. Its like, something I wanted to change but didn't knew how, so I leave it as is. Thank you for your comment!

Good job man! Love the art and sound!

Developer

Thank you~

Very nice, really enjoy the art and sound! It took me a couple rounds to realize that you don't hold down to turn into the ball and I couldn't figure out why sometimes it worked and sometimes it didn't haha

Developer

yeaa we dont talk about the crouching over here lmao It was a pain and had no idea how to do it so I just slapped an animation over there and that's it.

Submitted

what engine did you use? A state machine might help you with crouching in the future.

Developer(+1)

I used Unity. I found a way of doing it now, somewhat but still have to put it to the test.

Fun game. Didn't understand how to crouch at the beginning but I figured it out pretty quickly. Your game gives out a retro style vibe which I like a lot

Saw you commenting on everyones games so I thought I might check out your game to show my respect of taking your time to play and comment on everyones games.

You didn't comment on my game though (Wouldn't harm to play my game if you haven't so far)

Developer(+1)

Thank you, I played it rn there's too much games tho so I can't go tru everyones. But I try.

Nice art style and idea :)

Thank you~

Pretty fun! I really like the artstyle, like a cross of creepy claymation and pixelart.

I dodged the speed-boosts for the longest time because to me they looked like something harmful (I guess the "speedlines" of the object to me where to similar to tendrils or spikes in the direction of the player).

Developer

Thanks, i didn't thought about the boost like that but thanks for pointing it out.

cool game! the controls could be improved a little bit. I liked the background and the robot :)

Developer(+1)

Thank you, I made them myself! :) Yeah the controls are janky as hell but it is what it is lmao

Submitted(+1)

Quite fun! I got 952 as a high score. What's the lore? I'm scared

Developer(+1)

Thank you! There really isn't any lore, I was just going with the flow, and the void type while programming just clicked in me so why not lmao. But the main idea was just a robot running tru the shelves of a toy store, trying to get into his box. Even that was well beyond my capabilities so I just came up with this, somewhat inspired on Circus Charlie.

made it to 1158, that was pretty fun game, only issue was the controls felt a little too stiff. had to be pretty exact on the down button or get stuck. Really enjoyed it! Keep up the good work :)

Developer

Thank you for your feedback. Yess, I had trouble with the crouching thingy, had no idea how to do it, I will come up with something better next time. Thank you for playing!
