Description
The Dream-Child is a fictional story-based exploration game. You play as Mae, a young girl with the unusual ability to see other people’s dreams. Your understanding of Mae’s world comes through exploring the dreams of people close to her, including her brother and sister.
Music produced in Logic Pro using Spitfire LABS and Surge instruments (both freeware) and some proprietary Logic instruments (drums).
The album art was created with the use of an AI image generator (for the background), fonts used are freeware. No AI tools were used in creating the music.
Theme
How does it fit the theme?
"Inside my world" as Mae enters into others inner worlds through their dreams (and is herself trapped in her own inner world). Picture theme for the general vibe, plus the character art for Mae (and her mom).

Oooh I love the soft, bittersweet melancholy of the Title Screen track! The instrumentation in this soundtrack is, I think, the key to what really makes the composition work so effectively. Excellent job!
Such a cool OST, "Sakura's Dream" (love the breakbeat in this one!) and "Mom's Dream" are my favorite, I like the tension in those tracks, making them feeling very mysterious, strange but still hopeful.
Absolutely nailed the theme. It fits your description perfectly. I love the description of your game. Very consistent OST, all the tracks flow well together. Even when the percussion comes in it fits really nicely. The idea of exploring the dreams of others is really cool and creative i could see that being a really unique and memorable experience. The music you have created really puts your game in my minds eye. Awesome job on this work!
this is pretty damn good
The title theme is fantastic, always love some chord extensions. The only comment I have is the tracks feel a little samey on the sound design side. Harmonically amazing though, thoroughly enjoyed this one!
Really gorgeous, delicate opening. The blend of subtle electronics with the piano is so pretty, like a cross between Pikmin and BotW. Overall these tracks had great orchestration. Love that Zelda-inspired melody from the 2rd track! One critique I have is that I wish there was a bit more contrast between some of the tracks, especially with the first few. The common instrumentation definitely ties them all together nicely, but I think there could have been more done to make each one a bit more distinct the others. Regardless, this soundtrack was super well-produced, awesome work!

I loved hearing the leitmotif and all the tracks were so good. The leitmotif sounded like the legend of Zelda and the instruments reminded me of Celeste so it was a really cool combination of the 2.

This is great! The tracks have a great sense of melody, and there's a lot of cool chords to mix it up and keep the listener's interest. I especially like Dream Passages 2- the rhodes and lofi drums work really well together. Nice work :)
