Since the theme was "inside my world" I decided to depict with my music the world of dreams and imagination inside one's mind, using various electronic, retrowave, webcore and dreamcore style music. This is reflected in me using strange-sounding synths, bells, pads, and other creative effects, such as a bitcrushed seashore sample at the end of "best regards", or the reoccurring bell leitmotif, which im sure you will be able to spot.
The songs in the album are placed according to game's progression:
1. free daydreaming - Used in the beginning of the game, as an introduction, a worldbuilding tool.
2. mindflow - Used for exploration, the player is becoming more familiar with the game and gets into the swing of things.
3. haunting thoughts (echo chamber) - Used for enemy encounters, tense moments.
4. unravelling memories - Used later in the game, the player is now familiar with the dangers of the world and sees it in a new light compared to when they began.
5. best regards - As the name suggests, it is used for the game's ending.
Message from the artist
Some things I say here on this submission page are repeated in the description of the soundtrack's main page cause I wrote it first, just wanted to tell you that.
Theme
How does it fit the theme?
I was going for an overall dreamy feel, depicting what its like to venture into the world of your own thoughts and imagination, though every track fits that theme in its own way:
1. free daydreaming - a feeling of carelessness and freedom in being able to do what one desires (once again, daydreaming, so its inside le head, teehee).
2. mindflow - a feeling of travelling across one's inner world, self-reflection and self-discovery.
3. haunting thoughts (echo chamber) - a nagging feeling of a negative thought brooding, spiraling into an overwhelming barrage of echoing fear (vivid imagination leads to vivid nightmares).
4. unravelling memories - a feeling of longing for the past, recalling the distant, faded experiences.
5. best regards - a feeling of looking ahead into one's own bright future, everything will be okay in the end.

OH YES, IT'S TIME FOR LSD COVER ART!
Free Daydreaming - HOORAY! POSITIVE!!1!
Mindflow - Some "stiffness" of the effects sound cool at the beginning! When rhythm and synthesizers are connected to the composition... It starts to sound magical, dynamic and cool at the same time! (I imagined wizards fighting on big mushrooms in a Terrarium, lol)
Haunting Thoughts - OH YES, IT'S TIME FOR COOL FIGHTS!!1! (This breathing at 0:49 caused goosebumps... heh). It feels crazy :)
Unraveling Memories - This track evokes a certain sense of nostalgia :|
Best Regards is a good theme for the ending of the game! Positive, fun and giving a feeling of a happy ending)
You've got a really interesting atmosphere... magic, synth wave, retro, mushrooms and epic dynamics. I definitely liked your work!
Thank you)
One of my faves from the jam. Good vibes, nostalgia and tight writing and production.
I love Frutiger aero music and didn't expect to hear it here! It was Great!
When I saw the title I was expecting ambient music but I was very pleasantly surprised by the upbeat higher energy songs I got!
Super solid OST! I loved the work on the detuning for Haunting Thoughts, the best track in my humble opinion, loved it!
this is really cute!! i absolutely adore the first and last track, the vibe is really cohesive and consistent throughout, great job <33
Thanks!!!!
Yo, could I see your Lovesick Cannibal cover flp? I want to use it because I just might be able to reverse engineer it into a recreation of the original song.
Ah shi sorry mate
Just noticed your message
You still need the flp? I could prob send it tomorrow
Yes pls. Idk if I'm late either, so sorry if I am. Been busy at school lol. I might be able to do something cool with the flp.
Here you go, uploaded it to google drive:

Note that I basically just saved my project as a zip without consolidating any patters, so you may see some errors
Tell me if you need anything else
Thanks! Here's my problems: I can't load up Rave Generator chanting sound. Could you possibly isolate the sound for me to use as an audio file please?
Yeah, though I'm busy right now and it might take a day or two
I'll write back as soon as I can
Sounds good :D
i loved this one. especially mindflow, it makes me think of what a MOTHER battle theme would sound like in the modern day. haunting memories was also fire, i really liked that. i left this comment here for 3 hours and forgot to reply LOL. good job though, i still am thinking about mindflow.
Thank you!!! Glad you liked it!!!
This was really fun, I think the cleanness and energy in Mindflow made it by far my favourite on this, i was bopping my head the whole way thru!!! I love the contrast of those smooth chords and then the fast and light drums, excellent work!
Thanks!!!!!
Took me right back to the early 00s! Especially those parallel minor chords in Mindflow. You've definitely captured the aesthetic for me, and it definitely does feel full of the joys of imagination, so awesome stuff, nice work!
Thank you!!!
This is a really good submission! Your instrument choices are unique throughout and the songs have a great atmosphere. I love the glitchy synth sound at the start of Mindflow.
For me, some of the songs are a bit busy. Maybe you could include some more stripped back sections in the tracks, with just the drum track and one or two pads (a perfect example of this starts at 1:04 in Mindflow). This would make the more complex sections of the songs sound even better, and add to the surreal dreamcore aesthetic.
Overall though this is a great entry!
Thanks for the advice! I do get a bit carried away at times, making songs overly busy, that is true... But I'm glad you enjoyed it!
Love the webcore/dreamcore influence in your tracks! Especially love the first track, can see it paired well with a frutiger aero background/game. The sound choices were very nice, warm synths. Nice tracks!
Thanks for the feedback!!!
dude epic stuff! mindflow really got me. keep it up!
Thank you!!!!!!!!!!
Free Daydreaming: Cool vibe, really nails a daydreaming feel.
Mindflow: Love the breaks. This is so chill.
Haunting Thoughts (Echo Chamber): Cyberpunk vibes! Love this shift to a darker track.
Unravelling Memories: Dreamy.
Best Regards: Happy ending track for a nice conclusion!
Great work!
Thanks!!!!!!!
Yo! I love Frutiger aero and am lowkey mad at myself for not doing something like this lol. But I'm glad I got to hear yours, I especially enjoyed mindflow, I felt that this was the best blend of both the theme and of the Frutiger aero elements/ inspirations. Very nice work, best of luck in the Jam!
Thank you! Glad you liked it!
