Pretty nice, I love your use of enironmental rhythm! I noticed a couple things though: while jumping while hugging a wall, your jump height is at least halved, and it would be nice if the moving platforms moved the player, instead of having to do that manually (I guess that makes it more challenging). Also while the camera was moving, I noticed the character was very jitterry.
Still, overall, really nice submission, loved the main character design :)
The jittery thing might be on your end as I have never noticed it or had comments about it. The hugging the wall I believe has to do with move_and_collide() in Godot being weird. The moving platforms would be impossible without redoing the movement system which is also why being on the pistons is jittery.

Nice execution of rhythm-based platformer levels. Only odd thing I noticed is that hugging a wall while jumping hurts your jump height.
Interesting one, had fun playing it. I found hard jumping while standing near a wall because if you jump while pressing left or right, it collides with the wall and jumps very slowly (thus falling to death). Would like to see more and to be able to jump while pressing left/right near a wall! :)

I really like the interpretation of the theme and I'd like to see more from this game but I'm finding the difficulty to be too challenging at the start.
The music fits pretty well! And the concept of rhythmic movment for the platforms and obstacles is really great!
If there's only a suggestion I could make is to add come Quality of Life features to the jump. The famous "Coyote timer" and maybe to remove de "height penalty" to jump pushing yourself against a wall (Tha resistance made your jumps shorter, and some obstacles grow a bit frustrating).
But is a pretty solid game! Good work!
Thank you for the feedback, I would fix that height penalty issue if I knew what was causing it. I believe it has to do with Godot's move and slide and to fix it would be to re-do the player's entire movement.

Some gameplay and level design ideas are neat (especially the beginning of level 3, I love it)

Loved this game. I think the music fit really well with the factory concept. Very enjoyable to play, I like the character design of boxy. Awesome job.
Thanks very much. The character was just because I'm bad at animating so I made a box with no limbs so there would be nothing to animate.
