I love the Indiana Jones theme, and the art and music fits so well together. Also the random map generator is so cool. Definitely a very fun and well polished game!
What a great game! One of the best rogue-likes I've played, period. The art was also so clean! I could instantly tell what was a button, what was a trap all from my 1st play. Also, It was very clear what I had to do! And very good music.
I had a very fun experience trying to get the different enemies killed on the traps and the game was really fun to play well done. I did find the goblin level a bit hard though as there were like 7 charging you in a small place haha. Overall, this was very nicely done!
Amazing game! Im assuming it uses Random Generation? Overall, a great game, if the mechanics are built upon and some of the other mechanics are fleshed out, then it has the potential to become a pretty cool commercial game :)
I am a big fan of zelda game so it was easy for me to get into it!
I really appreciate the random level generator! Can you tell me more about it?
Like where did you learn that? How is it generated? Are there multiple scenes?
I was inspired by the map generator of the game: "The Binding Of Isaac".
fortunately, the programmer of the flash game has a YouTube channel where he explains how he made things like the map generation, bosses, AI, and more.
the link to his channel is: https://www.youtube.com/user/Gamesquidable
Super cool game! I had a great time playing. Love going to all the different NPC's. Reminds me a lot of a zelda type quest which are always super fun. Love the randomly generated dungeon as well, though that ended up leading to a few areas that don't go anywhere special (which obviously takes a long time to implement correctly so no judgement there). Thanks for sharing!
Was worried at first this would be a bad BoI copy but it had some really fun and original ideas. I liked the traps being used to fight enemies, but I wish the combat was more exciting. The enemies were either too slow that I could just stand there and swing or so fast that they just bombard me.
Sure one of the better games I played for the gamejam, I like the explorer vibe this game has in contrast with the binding of isaac. (since i'm not fan from binding of isaac) but I would play a finished version of this I think. Maybe eventual more puzzels? I also like the fact you can damage enemies by activating traps. The boss is a bit 2 strong imo. in comparision with the enemies.
Great game. I like how I can use(spam) stage elements to kill enemies. A little bit confusing on the boss part tho cause I guess it is not affected with traps? I think it's a missed there cause the area is full of traps and kinda disappointing to not be able to utilize them on your side. But overall, I really dig the game, love the sound and the exploration!
I'd be happy if you give a rate and a feedback on my game too :)
Man, that was really challenging, therefore pretty fun to play. The fact that each time you die the rooms regenerate randomly makes it more replayable. I would've liked to have the chance to block or dotge attacks, it was practically impossible not to get hit by the fire ball from the wizard.
Great game, really polished, love the art and the dungeon itself, the animation are really awesome, the NPC really misterious it give a nice touch. nice boss battle.
one of my favorites!
could you check out my Jam submission? i'll really appreciate it. Thanks
Nice game.

I didn't really like the controls. (the problem isn't with the buttons you need to press, I actually léiked tthat, but when you tap the button the character moves a ton, and turning didn't feel that good either, so you cant really do precice movement, and that sometimes screwed me up in the battle.) The rooms were sometimes a bit empty. The other parts of the game were fun. The pressure plates self explained themselves, (intuitive design) wich is pretty good.

Challenging gameplay with self explained mechanics. Loved the ways you could use traps to dispose of enemies.
Found myself getting clobbered by the fire throwing dudes a lot!
Great entry!
Great game ! very polished and it fits the theme like a glove.
The enemy AI is a bit confusing tho.
Well done !
Fantastic art! The small puzzles are also quite fun and add a lot more depth to the game. Other than the 4 direction attacking being a bit hard to use the game is fantastic. Great work overall!
Great pixel art, the player walking up could be a bit more expanded however. Not a bad idea for the games concept as well. However the movement and the attacking feel rather clunky. The traps effecting the monsters and the player is a nice touch however. The enemy ai is a bit glitchy and rather simple however. Also I don't know if the boss can also be effected by the traps but in my play it didn't seem like that was the case. The random floor generation is quite nice though, but can sometimes result in a row of characters that need stuff.
I played the browser submission for clarity.
This game is very smooth, the animations are clean, and the music is a banger. Good work on this game it is very polished. One thing I would recommend is faster enemies with less health to speed up the combat.
I like the concept, sound was pretty decent, the traps were cool! It did seem to have some trouble with the browser though. I would also like a windowed mode available for the windows build, but those are just little wishes. I definitely like the idea you're going for, good job!
