I really loved the game! I think it's a great response to the theme, there's so much to discover through drawing. The pixel art makes the gameplay simple, but at the same time you have to take the time to apply yourself: the game pushes you to try things out, it pushes you to be curious. There's a pleasant sense of freedom as you explore the island! The graphic and sound ambience is soft and cute, very appropriate and pleasant.

Really great! Very masterful !

I had a good time! It was really cool! I like the idea of echolocation to help find secrets, it's simple and effective. The character is cute, well drawn and animated. I agree with the comments about the cooldown for jumping, it would be nice if it recharged instantly when you hit the ground. And maybe it would be more practical if echolocation didn't take a blood bar.

Very nice game ! :)

I like the design of the cat, there's an quirky side between the cartoon aspect of the characters and the spooky side, it's interesting, there's good potential there! We'd love to know more about what brings us to face zombie dogs in a dilapidated house!  The dash + plank attack is pretty hard-hitting and fun, and a real highlight.
I was also confronted with the bugs that have been pointed out in other comments.
Well done team !

Thanks for the positive feedback! I'm glad you liked the atmosphere, the animations and the game in general! Yes, there are a few improvements we'll be making to the deer, and also on improving the gameplay aspect of each scene, we've got a few ideas in mind. :) For this first prototype, we had to set up a variety of animals so that we could understand the universe and the game's intention, then we'll go into more depth on each scene after the jam. We always wish we had more time. :)
Thanks for playing !!

The game is fun! The length of the game is impressive. You want to find all the spells. The lightning spell is very satisfying!
Even if the game is hard, it's still pretty well balanced too. I had to go over it several times. It would be interesting to have checkpoints so that you don't have to redo everything when you die. The code system is interesting, I like the idea, at least you can find all your spells quickly if you die. The mystery and secrets are there! Well done!

The game is really fun! It's very much in keeping with the theme, and the museum's theme makes you want to explore its secrets. It reminded me of Professor Layton. The music and sound effects are nice and add to the atmosphere. Graphically, I appreciated the richness of detail in the scenery, making it fun to search out the museum's curiosities. It makes you want to continue the adventure!

I immediately thought of Papers please! And the graphics and soundscape are very reminiscent of Elite Dangerous. The theme of secrecy is well handled. I had a bit of trouble getting to grips with all the factions and weapons at once.  Maybe the tutorial could be more progressive, to learn one by one which factions and weapons to recognize. There's a lot of information to understand at first, but that has to do with the game's rich graphics, which is enjoyable ! :)
Very nice game! :)

Nice game! I like the idea of finding the secret sauce by trial and error, the system works well. The stealth part could be enriched by increasing the challenge with less predictable chef movements, or a differently organized kitchen area perhaps. Why not with several chefs after several days?
Interesting! I enjoyed playing!

The summoning system using the character's movements is interesting! I didn't understand what to do in front of the poster with a flame and with the antenna?

I like the idea of the silverfish community, it's an original choice, it gives an atypical atmosphere. The cover presents the concept very well and makes you want to play. The principle of the game is quickly understood, even without explanations.

On the other hand, I had to restart the game several times to finish the level. Some humans turn gray and follow us instead of disappearing, so we're stuck at the end.
Thanks for the game! :)

Thank you so much! I'm so glad you liked it and were able to reach all the endings!
I understand, the mystery remains until the last ending... haha

Great game! The bittersweet aspect of the game is interesting, the contrast is well marked. The atmosphere is soft but melancholic, both visually and with the music. The game is quite cruel in its difficulty, but with perseverance and belief in yourself, you'll get there in the end! haha. The link between the difficulty and the little words of encouragement is amusing. I also like the evolving palette, which allows the atmosphere of the game to evolve in a minimalist and effective way. The handling is simple and effective, and the level design is very well crafted to take advantage of the gameplay.

I'd just like to make a few suggestions: a more progressive difficulty, a tutorial aspect would be nice. The camera is sometimes a little slow to follow the character in certain fast passages. Perhaps some specific framing could make the game easier (you can't see certain platforms below in certain passages). And the peaks aren't visible enough, they're too pale.

In any case, it was fun to play, and it helps you work on your perseverance and patience! haha Thanks for the game.

It's a good game! I like the graphic ambience, which gives it a steampunk feel, and goes well with the fast-paced gameplay. The design of the gun, which flips after each shot, and the clicks really set the tone :)
The atmosphere is less suggestive of the mystery, catacomb and ancient civilization described in the game's descriptions, and more of an abandoned industrial steampunk, but the overall atmosphere remains coherent and convincing! :)

I found it demanding to get to grips with at first, so perhaps the level design could be more progressive to help you get the hang of it. A simple room, a little more in tutorial mode, for example.

Also, in terms of level design, we'd like to be able to go fast and exploit these super abilities to cross quickly and jump several holes at the same time, as in the zigzag part, which allows several passages depending on our choice, which is very interesting gameplay. It would also make it possible to pass through the same rooms differently with the new abilities, with passages accessible only with the upgrades, for example.

I'm wondering whether the labyrinth phase is really suited to the fast-paced, fast-moving gameplay you've chosen. Perhaps concentrating on the essential gameplay, i.e. rushing around in platformer mode and smashing turrets, would reinforce what seems to me to be the strong point of the game's experience.

It was fun to play, thanks for the game! :)

A dungeon that seems mysterious, the atmosphere is spooky and suggests that there are secrets to be discovered... Among other things, that you shouldn't mix household products together, you'll have strange hallucinations afterwards! I wonder where this story will lead, and we'd love to find out what happens next, we don't know what happened to the character ! :)

I really liked the hand-painted graphics. Memories in white are evocative, it’s effective. The sound atmosphere, between music, sounds and especially voices, give a lot of quality to the game.

The voice and story at the begining is nice ! But I felt in the volcano and got stuck..

Nice graphics  ! I got stuck at rosela's cabin unfortunately..

I like the cave music and graphical atmosphere, but also the idea to have the secret life of an npc is interesting.
I couldn't go too far to explore as the enemies are very powerfull, perhaps it could be gould to balance the level a bit more.

Really nice and fun idea ! :)

Thank you for the positive feedback, that’s very nice! : ) Indeed, it will be worth improving this spawn, we have run out of time for some finishes unfortunately. We note this for after the jam. Thanks again!

Thanks a lot ! I'm glad you enjoyed !

Thank you ! Happy you enjoyed ! :)

Thank you very much for this enthusiastic feedback!! : )

Thank you for the positive comment. We’ll see if we can’t find that kind of concern on our side to fix it. At the moment we don’t have this on our chrome.

Thank you :)

Thank you for the very positive feedback! I am very happy that you enjoyed the atmosphere and it seemed consistent with the theme.

Thanks for your positive feedback :) We hope to fine tune the movement after the jam !

Thank you for your feedback ! I enjoyed playing your game too :)

The game is really nice! The gameplay is well-designed, and I love the puzzles—they're challenging but not too difficult, which is well-balanced. It's clever to leave some chests inaccessible at the start, which you find again when you return to the tent and after getting the block cane. It feels a lot like Zelda puzzles, but in a side-scrolling version, especially with the block cane, which is also in some Zelda games! :) The dark pixel art atmosphere is simple and effective. Adding a little background music would really enhance it! :)

I think the idea of dreams revealing secrets is interesting, but I feel it's underutilized. Could it serve more purposes than just guiding and following the trace of the friend? Maybe to reveal other secrets, for example? Or to solve certain puzzles? I think this feature has great potential for innovative gameplay!

Unfortunately, I experienced a freeze, and another time I got stuck in a platform collision. But I managed to finish the game on my third try!

Really nice game once again! Are you planning to continue developing it? I'd be interested in following its progress!

The game is fun! The ninja cat who tries to escape with the advice of the voracious goldfish, it's a fun story! :)

I like the effectiveness of certain gameplay or artistic choices, which I imagine also optimize the implementation of the game behind: the level is a house, it's a finite space and you play with all the elements of a house to make the puzzles, it's clever! the humanoid ninja cat is fun to play with, and I imagine makes the animation work easier, again clever; graphically, it's simple and effective, the colors are calm and pleasant, giving it a cozy atmosphere, well suited to a cat game! The spatial scale is adapted to the scale of the cat too, and the gigantic feel of the house seems to me to be a good choice, even if it can create a certain impression of emptiness at times.
The dialogues with the fish are well written, it's funny!
There are just a few collision bugs on the doors that put me under the map once. The sound effects are a bit noisy at times, too.
 Very nice game, again!

Thanks for this very positive feedback ! We will try to improve the deer section after the jam, lots of people struggle with this part. Thanks again !

Nice game ! Good finish quality, sound, animation & graphics. The gameplay is smooth. The difficulty is quickly challenging but it's enjoyable !

Thank you :)

I like the idea of discovering the maze in each step. The system with the life going down with time is a good idea, we have to balance between exploring to take all weapons and go quick to keep enough life. I needed a few attempts to understand the system, perhaps a bit of illustrated explanation could help at start, especially for boss fight. :) I like the music too ! Nice work !
