There were cute mice, the environment was especially well crafted and the music was appropriately intense! However, it was really tough trying to sell rocks during the fights as they were difficult to grab and I would sometimes get stuck on the tents and destroyed. Overall, great job!

Absolutely amazing game here! Everything really came together to create a full experience : )  Loved the ambiance of the campsite, and the style of the low poly models had so much character, especially the models like the frog weapon. Also the music slaps!! it made the boss fights feel intense and a lot of fun. You should be super proud about programming those boss fight patterns each felt really unique. Awesome job one of our favorite games of the jam!

Cool design and killer title! Though having the movement bound to the arrow keys instead of WASD kept throwing me. Good job overall!

Fun, quirky story with charming art direction. I couldn't quite figure out the upgrade system, but it was an interesting take on the theme overall!

It was refreshing to experience the Pikmin-like gameplay for this entry! I was bewildered by the boss though as it seemed impossible to collect the treasure without dying. Nevertheless, great job!

Fun physics based combat, throwing stuff was a blast and I loved being able to dive kick enemies! Also, there was a funny glitch where I respawned during a bossfight with a water jug stuck on my head and I couldn't punch, kick or throw anything.

Intuitive gameplay and the slowdown mechanic was a neat feature, though I often found that I didn't need to use it to defeat the bosses. The Scott Pilgrim-esque story was fun too!

Wow that was so so so very slick and well made!!! The art is so clear and easy to read and has so much style! The gameplay was so much fun, the beats you had to hit were not repetitive at all and kept me on my toes, each hit felt great!! The music was very catchy too, if you do end up adding more bosses someday we will definitely come back and play! Absolutely awesome job!! : ))))

Amusing dialogue and a unique take on the theme! I was glad there was a helpful (and funny) tutorial to help explain the mechanics, though I'm so bad I couldn't make it beyond the crab boss.

Cute art and a fun concept/world you've created! I also appreciated how different the music was compared to other entries in the jam. Controls were a bit tough, though I had used a keyboard.

Cute animations and concept! The dialogue was slick and plenty entertaining too. I almost wish that instead of the rope, fights were framed as best 2 of 3.

Fun mechanics and responsive controls! I appreciated the tutorial in the beginning because the fights were pretty challenging.

Excellent interpretation of the theme! The controls were also incredibly responsive.

Great progression and mechanics! Bosses have a lot of life so the fights ran long. But overall a finely crafted game!

A fun, unique idea! I like how it was styled as an animated series. The poo flinging, toilet boss stole the show.

Wow what a slick game! The art is so nicely polished, the color palette choices are great, and on top of that the feel of controlling the player and taking damage feels super great and responsive. The bullet patterns for the bosses too are so well done, really kept me on my toes. Awesome game!!!

Really appreciate that you included a tutorial at the beginning of the game! Controlling the mouse's tail to throw the rocks was a really neat idea and made for some interesting gameplay. Good job on the game! ^^

Really great looking! Love the different weapon effects and the lighting. The tornado movement effect was especially fun, Good job! : )

Really liked the player sprite, the movement animation is really great with the legs moving quickly and smearing. 👍The color changing of the boss and your weapon made me think of pretty patties from spongebob : ) Good job on the game!

Really great job! Loved the hydra fight it was really awesome that each head had a different ability. Also really liked that attacks from the previous bosses came back in the end of the game. The story between each stage tied the bosses together nicely : )

Thank you so much!!! A lot of love was put into the artwork : ) Glad that people are still finding our little game!

Thank you so much for playing! :) We're both glad you liked it!

Really cute magical girl design! The animations were well done too, in particular the duck/crouch animation felt very satisfying. The sound effects were also timed very well and made the punches feel like they had some power behind them. Good job!

Exceptional graphics and great optimization on the build too. The gameplay was a bit unwieldy, however, the animations and controls were very responsive. Good job!

Wonderful story and cutscenes! The animations were also charming and economic. I'm not particularly good at these types of games, so I wasn't able to reach the end, but the gameplay was solid for the genre.

Thank you so much! :))

Really great world you all built in such a short time! Loved the style of the character portraits and it really made them come alive to be both animated and voiced. The delivery concept for the game is also a lot of fun. Great job!

Really clean and great looking art assets, the ui is so well made! Those animations too during combat came out so nicely as well, makes it a lot of fun to watch the combat encounters play out. The game plays really well too, not a glitch in sight on our play through. Great job making such a nicely polished game :)

Interesting idea for a game, it's nice to play a more contemplative mech game in between the action ones. You told a very nice story with such a short game, good job!

Really awesome job, it felt like a full game experience! It was great that you got to pick your pilot and how it changed your mech color and initial weapon, made you feel more attached to your mech since you picked the pilot yourself :) It was fun too being able to try out different weapons so it made each level play slightly differently based on what weapon you had. The boss fights were fun, the bullet spray pattern of the last boss made it feel like a pretty intense fight which was a good end to the game. Art was really well done as well! Overall a great game, good job! :D

Really nice opening cinematic, and loved the "injecting sleepjuice" message. You did some nice world building for Green Corp with the design of the game and the messages that popped :)

Thank you for your comments about the artwork! :))))) Thanks for the feedback too, definitely realized after other people played the difficulty was a bit too hard and the animations hard to focus on with the buttons for the notes being all the way to the left😅 Possibly next time we ever make a rhythm game we'll put the buttons on the bottom in the center of the screen and that may make it a bit easier to see the animations! Thank you so much again for your comments and for playing, we all appreciate it! :D

Thank you so much! :DD

Thank you! It was a lot of long days of animating and coloring between the two of us, it felt like working in an anime studio!

Thank you for your feedback too! I definitely wanted everyone to see all the animations we worked so hard on so I'm glad you appreciated the no fail state. I (the programmer) realized a bit too late that I had made the stages too hard >.> I play a lot of rythmn games and when I played this game while making it I was afraid it was too easy, but then found out everyone of our friends who played it said it was too hard. I'll definitely keep it in mind to have more beta testers while making beatmaps and not just when the game is finished. Thank you again for your nice comments and for playing it! :))

Thank you so much, especially for the comparison to Trigger! (Programmer here) You are right that sometimes the timing/rhythm is off, I noticed it happened sometimes if levels loaded slightly too slowly the notes would start scrolling at a slightly wrong tempo/not at the same start time as the music. It seemed random when it was happening so I couldn't pinpoint a fix for it before the jam ended. Thank you for playing it even with that issue though :)

Thank you!! :DD

Thank you so much! It's easy to come up with character ideas for your jams because they are such great themes. Thanks for hosting, we can't wait for the next mech/kaiju jam! :)

Thank you so much for playing till the end! :D I'm glad you think it's the perfect length, we wanted to keep it short in the hopes that people who play would get to see all the animations/stages ^_^

Great art direction and the robots were all very cute and well thought out little characters. Awesome to see such a well made point and click game :)

Really well crafted game! From the cutscene to the gameplay you could tell you put a lot of care into it. It was relaxing to go around cleaning things up and petting the animals. Even if it's not necessary to complete the game, cleaning up some of the green trails left behind too was fun! The green trails that the infected animals leave behind was a great choice gameplay wise, I never got frustrated when I was looking for infected animals because I knew I just had to look for green on the ground. Had such a good time playing that I couldn't stop until I completed each area :) Great job!
