The game is quiet well made. I like the controls are not too complicated and interaction feels pleasant with voice recording. Well done.

Thanks so much :D

Point and clicks aren't normally my thing, but I had fun with this.

The art and overall sound design were good and even a dumb brain like myself was able to solve each puzzle.

Really good entry overall.

Developer

Thanks for playing even though you are normally a fan of PNCs. These are kind words, and it’s very reassuring to hear the puzzle difficulty was a good level. We appreciate the feedback!

Awe that was a lovely little point and click! Loved the Robo Dog haha! My only complaint would be that it felt a little directionless at first but that just makes it like any of the earlier Sierra games anyway. That was awesome though :)

Oh and not sure if you would want to do them or not but if you want to make any voice sound more robotic or machine like just open the file up (I used audacity for this), duplicate the voice then just slide it across!  I found out this little trick while doing voices for my own project

Developer(+1)

Glad you enjoyed the game! And thanks for the tip on making a voice sound more robotic. I use Reaper, and the duplication and sliding would be very easy in it as well.

Some thing that irked me all the time is you can't use exits. Making use of the zip ties was somewhat finicky but perhaps it was my bad not trying the right approach earlier.

Also, what's up with that big mansion?

Developer

Thanks for the feedback. I think we're going to update the game so you can "USE" exits.

Great art direction and the robots were all very cute and well thought out little characters. Awesome to see such a well made point and click game :)

Great little game! It reminds me of Machinarium.

Developer(+2)

What a great complement! The inspiration was a mash up between Machinarium and Wall-E. 🙂

Really cute game, the music is absolutely gorgeous. I need to play more and find my way out from the greenhouse.

That was really cute, specially the plant hat. Keep it up guys.

Developer

Thanks for the encouragement. We thoroughly enjoyed creating the game.

Great game and ambience. Some of the lines were very well written  - with a potency and sadness - like how everything was designed with a purpose it couldn't fulfil anymore. Somewhat Shakespearian.

Some  points would be that:

Some of the areas weren't clear - especially the area to the right of the bus, and I wish the controls were more contextual - like if I click on an area exit, even with "Talk" or "Use" it just assumes I wanna leave.

Other than that, cool puzzles, great dialogue, cool soundtrack, overall fantastic.

Developer

Thanks for the kind words. The story and characters were lovely to voice.

Oh my goodness, this is too cute.  This is something I would use in a classroom to let the kids unwind after a long week while flexing problem solving skills and learning how to socialize.  Absolutely adorable little point n click!

Thanks so much! As I voiced the story, I noticed so many lessons interwoven into the text.

Roof snake is my favourite. I'm glad we all became friends.

Quite nostalgic <3

Thanks for your comment. The story is so sweet. I loved seeing how the characters came to life.

As has been said, but cannot be overstated, this game has a lot of charm and character. Very well developed world even for its size with lots of wonderful dialogue developing the cast. The voice acting does so much work to bring it to life - really good choice to prioritize that.

Developer(+1)

Thank you so much! We were so blessed to have Jael come in last minute to record all the voices!

Thank you, zeestar!!

I feel like the lucky one, StarshipCaptainBecca! This is a beautiful game and very well written.

I have to say this is a really charming game! The audio was fantastic, really loved the acting for the different characters made me chuckle a few times! The art was really pretty and it really brought me back to those click adventure games!

Thank you so much for the kind words!
