Lol that's weird! Should be distance grabbable, maybe it caught the table? Let me know if you can replicate so I can look into it.

Hey I appreciate it! Will put some actual Matrix abilities in on the next pill choice I think . :) Excited to try your game this weekend.

Thanks for trying it out wild opus! Ledges have proven to be a challenge, definitely gonna make it smoother on next iteration.

Hey thanks for the kind words!!If you got stuck on the same balcony spot as Rustyroboz screenshot above, you're SUPER close to the end. Gotta use those window portals to find an entrance to the third floor.

Love to hear people getting the Matrix references!! Secret here is that you're in the right spot, just gotta stick your head one of these windows as they are portals too. Means you're at the VERY end of the puzzle. :) Thank you so much for playing!

Nice work!! Love the clever style with voiceover and theme use.

Love this! For one, hand tracking being implemented smoothly is impressive. Even with the UI clicking sensitivity, everything was set up awesome. Idea was super unique too! I feel like cool next things to add would be particles/effects from gun or maybe some extra mechanics depending on which element you put on which part of the gun. Anyways, great stuff!

If you have a chance this week to try my game out, I would love any and all feedback to improve gameplay!

First off, I love what you did with the hands, UI, and graphics in general. It all felt very smooth and well-implemented! My main suggestion is what you've already mentioned here, getting the user into the experience with more explanations on how to do each thing. Nice work!

Holy crap, mates! I don't have enough words to explain how incredible this was, ABSOLUTELY PHENOMENAL.

From the full body tracking, to the smooth unfolding of narrative, to the perfectly timed audio jumps and spatializing, to the absolutely flawless optimizing, and of course, to the horrifically amazing scares.

Ngl, I stopped on my first playthrough to take a break from the adrenaline. Came back and pushed through it, and you bet your butt I started the elevator before my teammate could reach it.

I'd be pulling at straws to give any real suggestions, but the only thing I could think of is maybe adding an option to "toggle" hold the objects. But even then, it kinda added to the pressure of the situation that I had to sweaty grip my items the whole walk.

Incredibly kind words, thank you so much! I do intend to expand on the narrative! The elevator at the end of level 1 here will take the player to the top of the skyscraper where they will get to choose between 2 new one-time use pills and lose their old power. Figure I can stretch the story into something more complete. :)

Thanks Kirill!

I can't survive if I die laughing at Shrek, lmao.

On the real though, nice work! I think some more fluid/less sensitive controlling on the car and adding some more dangers along the way will form this into completion!

I loved your game, I think VR needs more large scale games like this. Plus, I feel like your setup is good to evolve into a story-driven game that really grows huge over time.

Anyways, my suggestion revolves around what PuppetVR mentioned below! I think access to so many controls/abilities is totally ok, but I think the user needs to be eased into it. For example, first level doesn't have to be a "tutorial" per se, but every time the player moves to their next goal, there should be a simple audio or visual prompt that says how to do 1 control. Then after they've used it for a few minutes, the next destination presents a new control. That's my opinion anyways! Keeps user engagement.

Tbh five stars across the board. Your presentation was phenomenal and this is so impressive for your first jam. I particularly loved the intro video. It immersed me into the game immediately and painted the perfect picture of what your imagination/goal was.

I've gotta stop vaping.

Thanks for playing, Aldo!

Yes!! What's the next hint??

Love the idea! Agree with others that shattering would be the best next step when destructing the glass. Very satisfying game.

Beautiful visuals and stunning interactions! Randomly it was hard to use the teleport mechanic (almost like there was a "cooldown" on it after I shot too many times). Overall incredible work though.

Love puzzles and love this record mechanic! I'm going to have to hop back on it because I failed level 3. I think audio or visual feedback on touching/grabbing things would be awesome next steps to bring this full circle.

I like the gameplay idea! My main suggestion would be placement of the player camera. I found it hard to zoom through obstacles when I also had to be looking down at placement of bullet. I feel like being right behind it (or slightly above it with a wide view) would help me feel like I'm playing as the bullet.

Super unique, one of my favorite uses of the theme honestly. I did 5 or 6 cubes, is it an endless wave sort of thing or do you win? My suggestion would be to add an element of skill to the "worsening" where like if you hit certain spots on the cube or do certain motions you can "worsen" it faster.

Well executed! I laughed every time I saw or thought of the dancing guys. Clean visuals and fun to run through.

Fun game! I like the integration of highscores already. One other thing that might be nice is the option to toggle hold the bow so you don't have to grip it the whole time.

Very clever stuff! Audio and voiceovers were enjoyable and intuitive. Love the unique mechanics pouring my juice on stuff! Lol. Main suggestion is if we could move a little faster, I found myself wanting to get places quicker.

Love the painting mechanic! It's an idea you can really bounce off of and make more mechanics to expand your game. As with others, main suggestion would be a tutorial on the movement.

VERY clever! Also, I was laughing the whole time because I couldn't stop watching the piano man.

I love the third-person view games! My main suggestions were addressed in the other comments. It sounds like you have plans for implementing new things and I think you did an excellent job.

Super clever idea!! Honestly refreshing. I love physics based games and puzzles. That plane tricked me for a good few seconds, thought I had whiffed it. My main suggestion (and maybe it's nitpicky) is the character speed, I kept wanting to move faster to go pick things up and place them for testing out the machine.

Ohh that makes more sense! I'll try getting out the window. Also, good to know about the right thumbstick, I should have spammed my buttons.

I can confirm that I have a terrible memory! Lol. Really love your idea here and the game is super enjoyable to look at. I am going to have to hop on it again later to do better than my first few attempts!

Five stars, mate! Love devery second of this. Smooth presentation, clear gameplay tutorial, theme on point, interactions intuitive. I see in the comments below that 50 was max.. damn I was feeling good at 42. Will have to try again.

Super unique game, love it from the title to the gameplay! The tutorial will be a perfect touch for executing the game smoothly.

Hey thanks for trying it out!! Will iterate on the climbing smoothness. :) Trying your game today/tomorrow, it looks incredibly well done.

I love the table-top style games and feel like VR could really use more, so keep this up! I got to the interview spot successfully, like the honking idea and hoped a car would come crashing through and hit the zombies lol. My main suggestion is the player controller felt a little hard to get the right direction. Maybe it was the angle I was looking at my guy?

Hey great minds think alike! My game also revolves around choosing a pill to eat once! Lol.

Loved your spin on it, took me a second to find that pill that made me the tallest! I ended up getting 5 pills, were there more? Curious if something happens when you win or if I was missing some. My suggestion is some sort of "restart" button to quickly do the level again if you mess up order of eating pills.

The voiceovers were hilarious and I had a blast playing. I fed the last pinata that spawned on the ground one piece of candy but then nothing more happened after he gulped, did I win??? lol

Agreed! Made those first pillars quite a challenge to climb lol. This is one of the first things I want to improve when patching it, thank you for the feedback.

Had a grin on my face the whole time I played. About lost it when those plushes came flying from the sky. Also, LOVE the Flatkit asset, nice work on the aesthetic here, I feel like it really brought it together.

Love the effects you implemented! I also like how well the UI was done, something I super struggle to do. Can I ask what the blue orb did? I think the VFX didn't completely render on my Quest 2 so maybe I missed the ability lol.
