What do you like about your game?
I like the mouse wheel control scheme that I came up with.

Super fun! The control scheme was quarky, but didn't feel out of control. It totally felt like my fault when I died (always a good point to reach with the controller for a precision platformer). The pixel art in this is very good. There were a few subtle things I really appreciated like the blade being properly animated rather than lazily rotated. And the little flag animation is soo satisfying. Also the music is great too. Really solid work, I had a lot of fun playing this.
Very fun pateformer! It was challenging but not too difficult. I think that the fact that the character moves slowly when the cursor is far above or below is not very intuitive to use, because I expect the mouse cursor to only decide where I go and not how fast I go to the destination. Also, you can cheese the last screen by pogoing the spikes on the right wall. But overall, that's a very enjoyable to play. Well done!
fun and challenging experience. at the end i was able to finish that section by slashing up the vertical spikes to win which got me excited
Pretty tough but definitely cute, the corner deceleration definitely got me a lot but it was beatable :-) Good job!
Its a bit hard to get used to the controls but that's the real fun in the game, I liked the difficulty :)
also the music is incredible it reminds me of Zelda
I like it, but the controls are pain on my fast mouse. 😹
I like the music. The controls is very interesting and i hated it for first two levels, then i used to them and then tehy felt realy good.
Very original and creative gameplay ! I would have loved a bit more originality in the level design, bouncy stuff could have been fun ?
Very fun! A very interesting mechanic to add.
pretty fun! learned a bit of a technique that lets u skip past obstacles in levels by pogoing off wall spikes, but still completed the game regularly cuz it was a neat gimmick that i enjoyed playing with! nice!
A little hard but nice!
usually snowflake platform mechanics are annoying, this one was well implemented and pretty fun in the frustrating platforming way.
I definitely need a new mouse lol.
the cursor was not a block of cheese, literally unplayable
im not adhering to the mouse stereotype

Really good concept and gameplay, it's very challenging and I really enjoy that, the only small problem is that when you point the borders of the screen, and the character is close to them, he becomes very slow
Maybe you were placing the cursor high above the character instead of right infront of them? I know that will make the char moves slower with how i programmed it to be and how vector works. It's not the wrong way to play tho and I partially intended it to be like that, regardless if its a good feature or not. If this not the issue you referencing then I really dont know unless I can see it myself, maybe another screen resolution shenanigans or oversight on my part. Anyway thanks for playing and the feedback!
The controls are brilliantly cursed. This is basically like VVVVVV’s “not as I do” meets Hollow Knight pogo mazes.
Oh my goodness. I suffered playing those last two levels, but it was amazing. This game is amazing, I found the strange mouse controls to be a brilliant choice, bringing a whole new element to the platforming, and it has an incredible skill cap, the levels were so well designed, and they expected a lot from the player without necessarily being overly mean. I think this game’s potential goes far beyond this jam. Congrats! 5/5
I liked it! It reminds me of old school indie platformers like meatboy and 1000 spikes. The controls were unusual for me and took a little bit of time to get used to, but overall, an enjoyable experience.
The mouse following the cursor and handling actions with the mouse wheel was a bit of an odd choice, despite making for a nice pun. I found precision with the mouse to be a bit tricky but started adjusting over time. Somehow I was able to complete the most of the first level with just my mouse pad... but it wasn't pretty! I switched to a proper mouse after dying a bunch of times at the end of level 1.
When I die and get sent back to a checkpoint I have to swing my mouse back to the checkpoint before my little guy suicide dives off a cliff or into some spikes (not really an issue, more just funny).
Gameplay is challenging and fun when you get the hang of it and satisfying to complete sections.
The aberration theme doesn't exactly jump out at me.I interpret the "aberration" theme as "unexpected and unwelcome", hence the odd mouse wheel control which i think is "unexpected" for a platformer but I dont know if it really "unwelcome". Thanks for playing and the feedback! (Also i just learnt you can scroll mouse wheel on mouse pad that's cool)
I think I'll edit that last sentence out. That's an interesting interpretation and very much aberrant, it just totally went over my head :)
But yeah, mousepad works but the mouse pad is definitely not designed for that lol.
Awesome game!
Very cool and good looking. I felt it was very intuitive to scrool to jump and slash, so good job!
fun game, very original with a great game title. I have never played platformer controlled by a mouse.
