Nice katamari-like. The vacuuming feels good! You have to be quite precise in your route not to lose too much power, I don't know if you can recover from powering down

Suck up junk to grow big, then take over the world!
Your character, a vacuum gone rogue, has to manage its power levels in order to complete each level. Suck up junk to level up. Be quick! Your power can run out.

This sucks! I mean the vacuum, not the game.
The game is very fun, with gameplay loop like Katamari. Vacuum gets bigger and bigger so you can suck bigger and bigger objects. It’s so satisfying to finally being able to suck up all the object once thought to be impossible.
It took a while to figure out how to play this game and once you figured it out, it feels really good.
Unfortunately, unlike Katamari there isn’t really a clear direction where to go next, leading to many retries.
The vacuum really sucks.
Aside from some unfortunate hitboxes, this game was a lot of fun! As others have pointed out, the power bar should be explained a little better at the start since I had no idea how to progress past picking up small little things, but eventually I got the hang of it and started sucking less at the game and sucking up more things in the game! Well done!
Super cool! I didn't understand at first that bringing the power bar to the top was what grew to the next size. I assumed that eating enough small things at some point would do that, but the actual strategy was to go fast. I looked at the instructions again and I think that could have been just a bit clearer, but I figured it out eventually anyway. Great job!
Nice game, was quite fun! It would be nice to have a vacuum that feeds on things it sucks :))
I like how you've made 3 distinct categories - things you can consume, things you move and don't consume, and sings you don't move. Purely from a game perspective, the distinction is a bit confusing - maybe it's better to either clearly distinguish it (but colour marker or something) or make them all respond in a similar way - like - you can suck a sock, but you'd better not as it clogs you etc. :)
That said - very cute game! And yep, that place sucks :D
music had me bopping my head, and very neat concept, enjoy this a lot!
This genre of game is usually very passive as you just grow exponentially and its still fun. However, your twist makes this genuinely hard but also so rewarding when you suck things in the right order. Took me a couple attempts to complete and had a blast while doing so. Thanks for the experience!
It was satisfying cleaning up the messy environments, but I feel bad for sucking up the cats... :(
Nonetheless, I had fun!
Fun and unique game, I thought the sucking was very satisfying. Thought the game was a bit too hard though, at least to start ramping up. It's hard to tell what you can and can't suck so you waste time sucking up things that are too big which only sets you back farther. And I love drum breaks as much as the next guy but with the amount of resetting, I did feel like I was going a bit crazy. Still overall a very cool game, the completionist in me is calling me to suck up everything!
Other than the collision stuff you already know about, I think the only real issue I was having was the speed the power decreased once the bar got to around half way depleted. I tried it numerous times on web and using the exe and it did look to start depleting faster once it reached that point.
If it ever dipped below that for any reason, it feels bordering on impossible to get it back up and this was a huge problem if I got stuck between a chair and the wall and the nearest pile of small stuff to suck would have me close to half depleted once I went down a size. Once I got the groove going though and figured out the "right" routes to take, the gameplay was very fluid (got stuck on a tiny key once though?!?!? crazy and very realistic tbh)
This also happened once when I was zipping through trying to see the full map and it would nooot return to me XD
Overall a very good job though, especially for picking up Godot for the first time! I know it's got a few peculiarities other engines don't. The art is charming and I can see the work that went into it.
fun and i love the wobbly hose :) pretty hard as others have said, you kinda have to know the map before you can beat it!
I really like the concept of this game it's pretty fun. I saw someone compare it to Katamari and yeah I definitely see the vision. The only thing is I found it tough to vacuum small objects, which I believe if that was remedied, the game would be fantastic. Very fun game!
I like the idea, sort of like "Katamari Damacy". I did find it a bit fustrating to get stuck on all the tiny objects, it seem like you need more power to push things out of the way.
PS. Music was great
Very cool! The art and gameplay is really nice and satisfying. I like how the power constantly drains so that you have to think quickly. I kind of wish though that the vacuum handle had a max speed behind the mouse so that it didn't feel as snappy and that the pull of the vacuum was stronger. Also my hand was cramping a little, but it was fun to play good job! :)
