Game's take on the theme
Form exchange - main mechanic involves the exchange between the sister and her deceased twin brother's form. Sanity Exchange - in order to deal damage you have to exchange your own sanity for it, to deal double damage you exchange constant sanity drain (brother's form).

Thems was some good demons
Very good style, I found the combat in the game to be simple, I didn't have much difficulty.
Beyond that, the boss designs are amazing!!

Holy cow, the art design here is absolutely exceptional! And the main mechanic of switching between being able to attack but taking sanity damage, or healing sanity but having to wait, is very unique and creates a nice balancing act. But overall, this is simply a game where I'd love to spend more time in its world. The creature designs, simple yet evocative pixel art, and striking black/white/red palette just lend the entire work a cohesive atmosphere. Truly excellent job!

I think the artstyle is wonderful in this one. The mechanics are on the lighter side, but complement the theme, both of the game and the jam, really well, and leave enough space for all the visual flair.

I have to say I totally agree with my teammate on the quality of the game. The use of the theme is amazing. The art style is beautiful. I like the music, but I think the sound and music weren't high enough. I had to crank up my volume to hear anything. Gameplay is on the easy side, but is very fun none the less.
And I just love game that does "Risk vs Rewards" mechanics, and you did it so well.
The bosses design go hard as heck, great job man!!!!
Sincerely think you will win this jam, at least you deserve to in my eyes. I only wished there was more boss and more harder bosses.

This is by far the most polished game I have played so far. The art is really cool, especially the bosses, the music and sound compliments it really well. Overall its a great game!

I loved the art and the concept of this game. And it definatly is fun. It just felt like the human character didn't have enough things to do, besides recharging your sanity. But it was nonetheless fun :)
