How does your game fit the theme?
It is a knocking simulator, so you have to open the door by knocking, and get people to sign your petition! Therefore, you're trying to see what's behind the door! Many doors, actually!
Did you write all the code and made all the assets from scratch?
Yes! I wrote the code and drew the art myself during the game jam. The voice acting is me and my boyfriend! And even the knocking sound was of me on my desk! The music was also done completely on day 4!

Idea is amazing and it get's really annoying when you don't suspect them to open! So really great game music and sounds are good, visuals are very nice!

Are all the characters premade or are they being built by mixing different parts?
thankyou! I made the characters as seperate heads, hairs and outfits and have them be randomly selected each time! so Its fully randomized (although I tried to keep the hair styles age specific!)

This was such a simple yet fun and addictive game! :D I'm absolutely creasing over the noises the people make when you accidentally punch them LOL! I do wish there was a quick reset button so I could restart if I accidentally whacked someone though. Also, I realised that if you just spam space and spam click at the same time you can get pretty high scores without focusing, so something to prevent that would've been cool. Besides that though, the game felt super polished and ran smoothly! Great job! My high score (playing as intended) was 37! :D

Also yea haha the spam exploit is crazyy, thinking of implementing a way so that if you press space when the door isnt open itll take time off too! anyways I really appreciate your comment! and 37 is rly high omg all my friends were hard stuck at 28 haha

This is an awesome game for a beginner, good job! It's fun and the characters are cute. One think you could do to improve it — have your controls on screen inside the game. Or at least but them in a visible place on the itch page.
