It starts off pretty calm but as you progress more storm clouds and other hazards appear

All artwork and the vast majority of code was made by me during the jam.
The music and sfx were not made by me.

The music in this game has a weird grainy sound that does NOT feel good on the ears. Had to mute the sound for this one unfortunately
Currently there is no punishment to going slow. Wish there were more hazards as well
The plane feels great though, and the transitions between the desert and cave look nice
Wish there was more to the theme, nice submission otherwise!

one minor note is the the physics feels weird when you're too slow, maybe the plane could just go down in those cases.

Solar Storm on the ISSWoW.. that was amazing game and design.. really well made ..
only idea is that the plane should have more drag down to the ground.. Or when you start and can collect upgrades to make the paper plane better..

Metiorite Storm1738 on my third try. I love the whoosh sound effect. Combined with the art style, the simple and easy controls, and the progressing levels, it is really good. You could publish this as a mobile game today.

Block SurvivalCool, minimalistic game based on movement! Has an 80's arcade game, but is thankfully much more forgiving. The simple shapes and colors paint the mood very well. The music choice was great.
I wish there was more choices to be made - ability to add a ton of speed, but with greater risk of crashing into something, or take it slower and safer. Made it to 3116 miles.
