You cook food for Zeus, who is the god of thunder.
also, the game builds up to a big boss fight in the end of the game, so the rest of the game is basically the 'calm before the storm"

yes, except for most of the sound effects, which we downloaded from pixabay.com.
everything else we made from scratch.

This game was really cool! I loved the new mechanics incorporated. The time crunch was fun! And I´m glad it wasn´t just a game over when you didn´t feed him in time. Great submission!

When Zeus said he was bulking I laughed so hard jajajaja. Really nice game design btw.
I liked the game since I'm a sucker for boss fights, the only thing I would like to see added would be some kind of incentive for feeding Zeus, maybe some kind of power up or really anything to motivate the player a little bit. Otherwise a solid game with great art!
thanks! our original idea was making it like a roguelike and you get items everytime you feed him like powerups for the final bossfight or stuff that make the cooking easier
but we ran out of time so we scrapped it 😭

Needs more button prompts or some kind of audio visual feedback to indicate something has happened as a result of an input.. The sigh was confusing, I saw I and V.

pretty cool game! it was straight to the point with theme as well and had a nice gameplay...
what i can say could get better was the cooking system, i tried cooking the 2 rice thing but i accidentally was using salt instead of rice so, i think it should have had an indicator of what ingredient we have got and a trashcan for when we get the wrong thing....
aside from that, i really enjoyed the game! it was fun!
