How does your game fit the theme?
The morning represents the calm where the player collects items and memorizes the map while the night is the storm. The player needs to run through the darkness avoiding the ghost and collecting the candles for the ritual.
Did you write all the code and made all the assets from scratch?
I wrote all the code. Made most of the art. My teammate made the music. The player character and the ghost are assets I got from Itch.

Cute character!
Great game, took some time to realize I can trap the ghost at any time, but beside this it felt complete and it was fun.
Great concept and amazing atmosphere! The art really sets the tone, and the tension builds nicely with the sound design. I found the gameplay engaging, though the screams were a bit intense for me. Maybe adding some mechanics like candles to ward off the ghost could balance the difficulty while keeping the suspense. Overall, really enjoyable experience—well done!
Very nice art! And a pretty scary atmosphere. I enjoy it if you remove the scary screams (I am afraid of screams) and maybe add other game mechanics - for example, you can leave candles on the floor and they scare the ghost. Overall, good job!

Solid homie, I failed my first attempt then beat it on my second. The art was quite charming and I really appreciated what you did with the lighting for the second phase of the game. Very similar to what we did in Spiral, I was really happy to see another game going for it.

The general vibe is really nice and I like the idea. Died my first try because I stood in the shadow as I already thought I would die but was curious :) great job, you nailed the feeling of the gamge.
Feedback:
- It was a bit unclear to me at fist what the win-conditions were. I learned it by playing but was confused the first few minutes.
- The game is quite unforgiving. I think it would have helped loads to increase the vision just a tiny bit or make the ghost slower. Often I died because the light blinked out just at the wrong time and I didn't even get a chance to do anything.

Wow, that was really scary! I never managed to finish the game though, I got stuck by the ghost every time. I noticed that I saw his shadow during the day by the way, I don't know if that's normal ^^
In any case well done for this game that managed to make me jump :)

Nice game! It's simple and easy to get into. However, I think making the ghost more visible would improve the experience. At times, it feels like I'm dying randomly when it suddenly appears in front of me.
Thank you for your feedback! I tried making it scary by not seeing where the ghost is but can know where it is with the sound it makes. The direction you hear the sound from is where the ghost is. If you don't hear anything then it's way far from you and if you hear it loud then it's right next to you. Maybe in the future I could add an item that would tell you where the ghost is when you consume it to make it a bit easier.
