I instantly fell in love with the music. The game mechanics were innovative, as mirroring the movement of two players is a very hard concept to execute properly. Amazing stuff! Great job! I only wish the places were a bit lighter so I could see. Overall this game is amazing!

Such an interesting and creative concept for a game! Love it

Developer

Thanks, really liked Seal Force too! :D

Looking great! Especially this weird kaleidoscope like effect.

Sound also added to the atmosphere.

Footstep sounds are a bit too sharp and loud. I think making them softer would make the whole game sound more cohesive and also it could add more creepiness. The piano melody sounded a bit too romantic, maybe something more mystical would fit better?

Puzzles are tricky and satisfying.

Developer

Thanks for the suggestions! Yeah, we did the audio in the end so it wasn't much thought upon, will definitely improve it post-jam. We went we the piano melody to show certain bondage between the two characters who have been separated by a mirror :) Footsteps is smth that we dislike too will surely fix that XD

I really liked the atmosphere of this game, it’s on par with some big indie titles out there. Also the idea is pretty unique so I’d suggest you guys to come up with a full release (not just chapter 2 ;))

Thanks :) Sure we'll work on this game post-jam!

The visuals worked very well with giving the creepy vibe! The puzzles were very well done with a few exceptions of hit detections not always being the greatest. The twist ending was a big bummer but I understand you plan on making more chapters to the game. I had fun playing it, especially late at night when my brain wasn't at 100% so it made the puzzles even more challenging.

Oh my god the game saves your progress, that is absolutely fantastic.

As I'm writing this I have yet to finish the game, I've so far gotten to the first puzzle that has boxes, but damn is this game good. The puzzles are clever, I love the black and white aesthetic, the audio's pretty good.

Just a great game in general, well done! I'll be back once I finish it.

Looks like an interesting concept with great potential, two cameras, to be honest, looking kinda weird, but anyway, puzzles are interesting and the gamegraphics are pretty cool!

Liked it, well done <3

This game totally blew me away! The atmosphere, the music, the art, the core mechanic, and the puzzles are on point and blend into the masterpiece that this game is.

PS: How did you manage such amazing lighting on a 2D HTML game?

Developer

Thanks a lot! :)

Now this is what the medium should have been focused on that splitscreen  mechanic.

Your game looks great! Very well done! It fits the theme greatly and I love the twist on the idea.

I would really appreciate it if you checked out my game as well. Thanks!

Developer

Yeah, sure!

The concept is really cool and the riddle is well done, no complaints. I went to the second level with the boxes.

Developer

Thanks

This game has a very unique and interesting concept. It really fits the theme. But I don't know if I beat the levels the right way, because I didn't use the crates at the last few levels to beat them. Overall it had a cool atmosphere and the music really fit the game. Good job!

Developer

Damn, that's great, you managed to beat the last level without using the crates too?

Very athmosperic game, i liked it!
maybe as suggestion i would increase volume of music relative to foot steps (music is very nice!)

Developer

Yeah, I'll surely do that after the jam ends!
