The game is really cute with really good art, a little bit hard but good game overall !

Fun game, like the twist with changes being persistent for all players. Could not play for long as at some point the camera got stuck.

Fantastic implementation overall! Graphics, sound and gameplay is great! Smooth mechanics, great job!

this game is rly good, it takes time to control the player tho.. the graphics match with audio. good job on this game

Really unique gameplay,  the Graphics are really incredible. I think an initial tutorial would have been nice, as the jumps take some time to learn.

I hate this game. Well done

Beautiful graphics and game design. Played for quite some time just to get to the next level of the path so that' s saying something😅 Took a sec to figure out how the mechanic to move works but it's actually quite innovative. Awesome game!

Beautiful looking game, the environments and the main character's design are all wonderful. I thought at first it was too similar to Jump King, but the addition of the double jump and the ability to move parts of the environment sets it apart. Regarding the implementation of the theme, it's an incredible idea and impressive that you got it working on such a short timescale, but I wonder how impactful it actually is, as I didn't realize it was there until I read it on the Jam page. Either way, it's an ambitious and impressive project for sure.

Played the game. Loved the art style. I liked how the idea was implemented, at first it was something I proposed to my team too (other players modifying the layout of a level). But when I clicked on the first tile, I didnt get which button I should have pressed to lay it in the new position (maybe you could add it in the info box along with the other buttons?). So I pressed escape, and the menu closed and the tile was still on my mouse. I noticed I could walk on it and move it, so I basically jumped through all the game. Bug aside, the gameplay was a bit repetitive but I liked the idea and always love a good platformer with a twist.  Nice job

Impressive, great execution, cool idea, hard but satisfying controls. 10/10

Really really solid Jump King-like platformer, just an all around great experience. I didn't realise at first the meaning behind moving the blocks, but upon realising I think it's a really interesting interpretation of the theme.

Great job

I personally had a hard time with the controls as well. It is a super cute looking game, and I had a hard time progressing very  far. It seems like that might be on purpose, but a more casual version would be nice for those who arent into a crazy challange. :D

The controls were absolutely nuts, and I found myself falling on accident more than platforming on purpose. However, the animations and level art were so beautiful that I found myself not caring that much! When I fell far enough and got the animation of being on the ground with dizzy spirals above my head, it felt like the game was rewarding me for sucking, which I really liked.  I can tell just how much effort was put into this and I'm very impressed, even if I was bad at it.

this game like most foddylikes is a nightmare. Not in a bad way. This one had the positive of walking around on platforms. I really really love the animations and artstyle. But I almost ragequitted when a background tileset lured me into a false sense of security, thinking I could jump on it. Nevertheless, I love this kind of game. I’m always a fan of well done animations in games and this is an A+ in that in my book

This game is great very reminicent of jump king and games of that genre etc in which i am terrible. nonetheless the graphics sound everything worked together great it was a beautiful game. and even though i couldnt get past the second tree from the screenshots the rest looks great. well done guys great submission

This is really a risky way of implementing the theme. I nearly missed it but then read the description here and got it. So I guess you will receive some negative votes on the theme because not everyone get it. But I've to admit: the idea behind is pretty cool!

The game looks really polished. Art and Music are really nice. But I'm struggling hard with the controls. It took a while to get why the double jump is usefull (in the beginning I just only jumped up and wasn't able to change directions). After getting the idea behind it I was able to also come to the stage were you can manipulate the map ... and the players location :D. I just moved the block under my player and then he was standing on it. So I cheated some meters^^.

Overall the game is in a really good shape. The controls are too challanging for me but tbh: I'm also not the target group here. I only play platformers here on jams. And I could imagine that some are enjoying harder controls.

Great work. Nice creative concept.

You guys have a creative team going on in there. The graphics is amazing, the music and sound effects hit the spot. However, there is a bug I encountered.

When you do the edit part, clicked on a tile, then pressed escape, the tile is gone permanently. It's still hovering on the mouse, but it will never be there again.

The game mechanic is similar to Jump King. However, not anyone know about that game nor how to play it. So it's best if you tell the controls and how to play it at the start of the game.

There were no players around, so I couldn't say if the game follows the theme. But if it does, it would be awesome!

haha, thank you for the super quick review! you’re easily one of the first, if not the first, to try the game out. our time got really slim towards the end of the jam and yeah, that bug slipped right through. we’re still slowly piecing together our landing page (it’s super late for all of us), but hopefully we’ll have everything set up very soon!
