Nice game, with really nice graphics! Though the game is really slow paced, due to the animations and such. But still, good job!

How does your game fit the theme?
The constant change of sides you play for. The end of playing for one side is the beginning of playing for the other side.
Did you write all the code and made all the assets from scratch?
Everything except the music and sounds were made by ourselves

The background art style is stunningly beautiful, and the game have a very unique mechanic that switch your side at end of each round. But i feel like the innovation here is also the problem, i dont really know what am i suppose to fight for, since i am both side, when i win and also i also lose, kind of take away the feeling of victory.
Other than that, its really exciting to see strategy-kind of game in game jam, as it is generally harder to make. Still had fun playing through it.
The Art is really really good, the characters, the background environment and the UI for the character purchasing! Game is decent too. I have one complaint is that the cut scene for transition to the other side is too long, it keep my mood to keep going.
really fun game, battling yourself was a nice touch and made the game quite interesting in that regard. i will say that i entered an infinite loop where i could constantly win without needing to buy anything. on the light side, sending in all your force at once made it very strong to get through any defenses you set up on the dark side. but playing as the dark side since the light side sends their troops once every 1-2 seconds it gives my bad defense enough time to kill the first guy before the next one comes. thus i never had to make it harder to defend nor attack which made it an infinite win loop. i played quite a few rounds and i didn't see an end in sight. Other than that really fun game, the art is really well made and the game looks good.
When I play your game I do really understand why you so passionate about getting people to play your game.
The idea idea is really fun, the visuals is good, and you use some great music for the game. The game is overall really good, the only small complain is that the introduction is a bit long, and I felt a bit overwhelm with information. But else a really good jam game, and you should be proud of what you have made. Well done.
Interesting take on the theme. Really simple yet well done game. Good job!
For some reason I couldn't fully play this game.Аfter the goblin killed a man, just a black screen and that's it
The art is simply amazing! I love how the parallax background adjusts when the mouse moves, and it is also satisfying to see work altogether when the slider is being used. Not to mention, the background also transitions gracefully. For me these aspects certainly adds up to the juice of the game!
The constant switching of sides is great, and I get to use most of the characters in different orders. My favorite characters to deploy are the Mage and Shaman that's for sure.
Really fun game. The twist that popped up while I was playing of also being on the light side was really nice. The art is phenomenal and the music is great to listen to with the ambient and battle tracks. The one thing I ran to while playing is that combat takes a bit too long to start with it just being idle time while the player has to sit around but the needing to constantly battle yourself was really fun
Very cool! I like the art a ton! I agree with previous comments about the distance between towers is too far. It also gets a tiny bit repetitive after a while. Overall really good!
If you could rate my game that would be great!
Very cool! I really enjoyed the going back and forth between the two sides, it lead to some interesting battles! One thing to tweak, Is to perhaps make the gap between towers a bit shorter, as the cinematic felt a bit too long before each fight. I also quite liked the little details like the background moving with the mouse input. The visuals were great, the concept was great, and I had quite a bit of fun playing this, well done!
really cool game, I also found myself casually vibing to the music too lmao
Wow, such a big game you made just in one week, impressive. I have to learn from you in terms of productivity :D
But in my opinion for game jam this game a little bit complicated, it needs some time to get used to mechanics, but jams are created for short intuitive games. But stil - your game is very good.
Honestly i love this game im sorry not many people have seen it but dont be discouraged because that is an amazing game to of made in just a week. i hope more people rate your game as i know its nice to know people out there are enjoying your creation. every time someone comments on my game i reply to it because it always makes me so happy that someone else enjoyed my hard work and im guessing its the same for you. try and post your link in as many places as possible and review other peoples games.
